Great for lymphedema compression
Shortly after I started my initial course of lymphedema therapy, the therapist told me it would be helpful to wear capri-length tights or leggings with 20% spandex, so there'd be comfortable compression to keep the fluid from pooling just above the bandages that end below the knee. For a plus-size person, this was easier said than done. I wasn't able to find anything plus-sized in local stores, so that meant jumping into the round of ordering and returning while trying to find the right size. First thing is, while many of the product descriptions give the fabric components, they rarely list the percentages; most of the ones I ordered ended up having 14 or 15% spandex, so while they fit they don't give quite as easily as I'd like. Some, after reading customer reviews, I ordered two and three sizes larger than my usual, and still found even the larger so tight as to be unwearable. But the reviews for these looked promising, so I ordered a pair a size larger than than usual and crossed my fingers. They arrived in good time, and though they fit pretty well through the thighs they were a bit large below the knee and at the waist. But I brought them in to show my therapist, as I had with all the others, before sending them back to exchange. She got very excited, showed them to the other therapist in the office, and said they were precisely what she'd had in mind; in fact, she asked I'd be willing to sell them to her rather than return them, so she could keep them to show her other patients. The 3X, when they arrived, fit and felt great -- finally, 20% spandex! They're a garment I can wear all day and pretty much forget I have them on, yet (according to my therapist) the degree of compression is good for our purposes. I'm disappointed that they slide down a bit if I wear them over underwear, but of course no garment, even one that's the right overall size, can be a perfect fit for every body type; I may try opening up the waistband and adding an elastic drawstring or adjustable band. Aside from that minor quibble I'm thrilled with them, and am putting in an order for another pair. If I didn't hope to keep losing volume in my legs I'd order more than just the one!

NOT HAPPY
.The first pair I ordered were great, but the second and now the third pair are way too short. The inseam for the 5x is supposed to be 21 and 1/2 inches and they are only 18 and 1/4 inches. I have lymphedema in my right leg and wear redi wrap compression wraps that have velcro closures. I wear these capris to help protect my other leg from the velco closures. I can't wear the pants or full leg because the ankle is too tight to fit over the wraps. The first pair of capris were perfect and the length was correct. I ordered the third pair hoping that the second pair were a fluke in their incorrect length. I pull them down but they snap back up to the knee and don't cover the wraps like the first pair does,. I can't find these type of capris anywhere else. I need the fabric that these are made out of because they are slippery. Other brands are more knit and are not slippery. For $35 they should make sure their product is as advertised. I took a screen cap of the description, in case that gets changed after my post. Come on AeroTech, be honest and make the 5x inseam 21 !/2 inches as advertised.

Too good to pass up!
These pants are awesome! It is so hard to find plus sized fitness wear that is decent quality--especially for us ladies! Don't hesitate...buy these...you will not be disappointed! With a 60 inch hip, I got the 4x, and they are not too tight or too loose. They are comfortable and breathe well even though I usually wear them under shorts or capris. They are definitely thick enough to wear on their own, but a 4x booty and thighs are way more than I wanna be showing off I just spandex, if you know what I mean. They wash easily in the sink, by hand or in the washer on the gentle cycle. I drip dry mine because that is best for the fabric. I can rinse them in the sink at bedtime and have them fresh, dry, and ready to go early in the morning. Fantastic!I am back to get another pair! I love these. Don't take a chance on the cheaper one or the more expensive ones. These are the best ones.

Just what I wanted!
These were just what I wanted. Was a little hesitant about the sizing but was not disappointed. I probably could have gone down a size. They fit well, go way below the knee and do not cut off circulation in my knees. They are super easy to get on and with cotton panties they do NOT creep down at all. They give a gentle amount of compression which is what I was looking for to help with my Lymphedema. The price was great compared to custom made garments. Aero Tech gets an A+ for supplying this type of garment to the plus size ladies. I have searched EVERYWHERE and these were the only ones that had the size range I was looking for. You will not be disappointed.

The 5X really IS a 5X!!!
I'm a large person and assumed these would never fit. I was so delighted when I finally put them on! I did not want to take them off! The fabric is super stretchy and super smooth, which I like for exercising. The waistband should be improved - but just TRY to find exercise wear for size 30 that is cheap and comfortable.
