I have been using this product for some time and there is definitely a difference in my hair in both thickness and quality. Suffering from thyroid problems can raise havoc with your hair, nails and skin. Since taking this supplement, I have definitely noticed my nails are stronger- not as brittle and soft as they were before taking supplement; and also, my skin has improved markedly. But, to me, the best improvement is my hair: it finally started to not only grow in length but the hair has thickened on my scalp. New hair growth covering open patches feels wonderful. I can’t promise you will have the same results as myself, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect improvement in whatever your situation. You will need to continue to take the supplements for whatever improvements you have- once you stop the supplements your improvements will gradually fade away. I've been using Vie Naturelle Pro-T-Select capsules in conjunction with the Hair Growth Essentials Supplement and the Hair Growth Shampoo. My hair hasn't been in the condition it's in years! I literally have little or no hair falling out, even when brushing!! I also have noticed it is very soft and shiny, not coarse like it had been. I'm hoping with continued use it will start filling in more...I have seen come improvement but I've only been using the shampoo and Pro-T-Select for about one month. The product description says: Directions Take 1 tablet daily The bottle says: Serving size: 1 capsule But I just received an email from the manufacturer that says: "The daily serving size contains 3 tablets. In addition to taking each individual tablet with a meal spread throughout the day, commit yourself to drinking a tall glass of water with each meal as well!" Sounds like a total scam.. I thought I bought a 30-day supply, but apparently if I want these to be beneficial I have to take 3 a day, so this bottle is only going to last 10 days. Thanks Vie Naturelle! Now I know never to purchase from you again.

I have usually very thin and easily breakable hair, but since I have been using these capsules, I have notice way more baby hairs coming up and my hair not falling out in the shower as much. You definitely need to drink a lot of water with this product, and make sure you maintain a good diet. I honestly have not noticed much of a difference with my nails because they have always been really strong. As for my skin, I use other products for my skin as well, but thank goodness there has been no bad side effects for it from these pills.

I've been taking this for a couple of weeks now and I am very impressed! I just started noticing the growth in my hair. Not to mention, my hair is way softer now and it doesn't feel as dry as it used to be. My nail growth was instantly noticeable, also. I notice a difference each day, and they are stronger and not brittle. I will continue to use this!

This product works. I was noticing hair loss. I blamed it on the hair cycles but I took a good look at my scalp and the thinness that I was seeing. I started taking this and after a few months noticed less hair in the shower drain and more new hair on my head. I do recommend this product if you are experiencing hair loss but do go to a doctor and find out why you are having this hair loss.
