Suits My Purpose Well
I have about a dozen of these of varying wattages (3,5 & 7) working from a solar maintained battery.A 10 watt bulb would be a welcome addition to the range.

Excellent 12v bulb for caravan use
Used this bulb in an ikea table lamp to use in 12v caravan socket. Swapped 240v 3 pin plug to 12v cigarette type plug. Bulb is direct swap for 240v screw fit bulb. Good bright warm white light. Other bulb replaced 12v tungsten car inspection lamp bulb. Same light output but only 5w compared to 36w.

Nice light but run quite warm
These 12v bulbs give a pleasing bright light. They are the perfect colour temperature for me, 3000k, being warm but not too yellow. The build quality is good enough. I found they used more than 5w, depending on the exact input voltage. They also run quite warm compared to other low voltage LED lights I have, I suspect they have an old-fashioned voltage regulator inside them

low watts but great light
Bought these for our static caravan which is off grid so only solar and battery power being used, these are on a 12v power supply so very low wattage being used so not running the battery down to much , but such a bright light.

Great for camping
I bought these for camping - replacement for unreliable tilly lamp. I burnt out my drill-driver and the old batteries wouldn't fit the replacement ... so... I ended up with 2 useless 18V / 1.5Ah batteries. The wide voltage range of these lamps (12v to 24v) means they run directly on 18v. Perfect light - lasts over 4 hours ... and, of course, rechargeable. A great, green solution - expecting many years of service ... for camping, power cuts and night time BBQ's.
