These are nice, yes they are flexible but I am using them to cook not pick anything heavy. They are sturdy but I wouldn't try to flip a huge picnic ham with them. They are great for cooking eggs or fish. I like them very much and they are just what I was looking for! I would buy again, if need be.

The longer stainless steel spatulas allow me to easily lift omelettes, fish and other large, fragile foods that I want to turn over but keep intact. The flat forward edge, positioned at an angle with a slight bend in the metal all aid in getting the edge cleanly and easily below the food. The blades are strong enough to cut through fish and omelettes and hold large portions of food without buckling from the weight. The version that I chose have relatively untreated wooden handles. They need to be hand-washed, but I've avoided the toxic solvents that are present in plastic handles that release gradually when exposed to heat.

This is about my third say it and I am well pleased. I’m very happy with these. They are very very handy item. I really recommend these they’re so easy to use.

Absolute rubbish they are not stainless steel. Fully magnetic and rust marks on when washed. Not worth the money paid. Emailed the supplier direct but no response very disappointed.
