Faucet is easy to install and looks great. The problem we've run into is that it seema we've got a faulty ccontrol box, as the water will not shut off.It's unclear how to get help, too.

Clean design, product installs pretty easily. The instructions are very basic and I ended up at the hardware store for parts. I could only get it to work with either hot water or cold, not a true blend. Bought for my wolfhound to use and the sensor is set too far back for her. It also scares her, the turning on mechanism has a bit of a jolt. Works for my kids and hasn’t had any issues with heavy use.

Looks good works great, I had to modify, as mounting stem was not long enough to mount and attach water line. Only 3/4 inch granite.

Product showed up earlier than expected, great quality and value

Great item. I have 3 different types of touch-less faucets in my house, and these are the nicest. Installation was straight forward, operation is great, not too sensitive, and consistent motion detection of hands under the faucet mouth. Not just for this one but any of these faucets, I'd recommend (if optional at all), to install individual valves under the sink for the hot and cold lines; pressure regulation gives you the ability to set it just perfectly.

I ordered two of these faucets and they arrived earlier than expected. The faucets look very nice. Great customer service! Had an issue with the included flex pipes, so I emailed the company. They responded quickly and I received the needed items after a couple of days. It was easy to install and works great too!

Faucet itself seems to be of good quality. Instructions are horrible. Instructions say that the sensor works in the 12-18 mm range but mine won’t operate unless your hands are at 7 mm and very high. Water comes out at approximately 15 mm away from the sensor. Basically you cannot wash both your hands at the same time. You have to have one near the sensor while getting the other one wet. Not sure if mine is defective. No adjustments available for the sensor. Can’t find a way to contact the seller so hopefully they see this review.
