I have been taking this product for about ten years now. I feel as if it has improved my health in a couple of ways. Now this is just my opinion I have never asked a doctor about this idea, but I feel as if my hair and skin changed for the better with the consistency of taking this product. And another woman that I go to church with who told me about it for hot flashes which weren't an issue for me either not sure if that was because of this product or if they just were not a problem for me. I do believe that they have helped me though and I will continue to take them.

I've been using this product for over 25 years. I realized that anytime I ran out and didn't take them for a week or so, my arthritis acted up. I like the combination of oils and think it's worth having to take 3 a day.

thought the price was a bit steep, but I ordered it anyways just to see it in person, because its hard getting an idea of what your looking at on screen, and man I'm glad I did. this bottle is way bigger than the picture appears it to be. omega 3,6 is cheep to buy but the 9 is what you want if you have saggy skin or any kind of stretched skin issues, it helps repair and reduce the saggy stretched skin. its not a fast working miracle pill, but over time, I've noticed my skin looking better and my saggy skin have retracted back an inch.

I have a shellfish allergy and although this says "fish oil" it may contain shellfish. I had a reaction when taking it.

I am a big fan of the omega 3-6-9 and this is the pill I prefer. If taken with food or just before a meal I don't get the fish burps (those who have tried other brands know what I mean). This is a great product at a great price.
