UAC CO 4914AC A/C Compressor

Works!! 2002 Civic LX 1.7L blowing COLD. Compressor nice and quiet. Electric wires are a little different from original so the plug doesn’t fit perfectly right. But once I tried again the clutch went on and wow what an excitement to finally get this thing working again!! Let’s see how it holds up!Comes with the bolts to attach the high and low lines already installed. Comes with 120ml of oil installed. They give directions to drain it. I drained and added neon dye oil per the recommendation.

It worked for my 04 Honda Civic EX 1.7 engine. :) This was a blessing! I could not afford the ones from Autozone and found it on here for almost half the price the other stores were charging! It got to my home in two days and just in time for my mech ic to fix my car before work! Very good quality. Make sure to read the instructions in the box before putting it in your car.

I bought this in the fall so it won't get a workout until next summer. I'll add to this review when I know more.Update: when I tried to use it the next summer the refrigeriant had leaked out. It turned out to be a seal leaking in the compressor body. The seller had closed his Amason account, Amason declined my refund refund request, and the mfg said to bad, they only deal with sellers. Fortunetly I tried recharging it with a refrigeriant that had stopleak in it and that fixed it.

Bought this to replace the stock A/C Compressor in my 2003 Honda Civic EX. Installed like a charm, charged up like a charm, and works like a charm. No issues 2 months later, and it being single digits repeatedly with snow and whatnot, as well as 90-degree weather multiple times and running the A/C on high. The only shiny thing in the engine compartment now, I'm afraid.

Works as it should. Clutch is a bit noisy when it activates. But functionality is good so far.

Do it. This thing is a great deal. I've had it running in 110 degree heat 3 months and it's phenomenal. Wish I had pulled the trigger sooner. Also buy the vacuum, you need it otherwise this compressor will burn out.

this was supposed to come with O-rings and I only received an empty plastic bag.

Came with the proper oil and fresh hose bolts. Solid unit from what I can tell so far and loving having AC back in my car again. Fit perfectly on my 2004 Honda Civic LX Coupe
