Handle is great but that’s all the first time I used it the tip broke off and come to find out the spike is cast coated with a thin layer of zinc for strength

Broke first time was using it out of the box while demonstrating to my wife what a Hookaroon is. The wood in the handle felt very light, didn't feel like a hardwood. I have other Timber Tuff products and the quality is much better on those.

works great for a while. A real back-saver, timesaver. Broke the tip moving oak rounds to the splitter. Sharpened the tip and then broke the handle. Going to purchase something more substantial.

The handle is very large and makes it difficult to grip. The tip of the metal part broke after a few uses and it is difficult to grind down so it could be used effectively.
