Works great
It’s very light weight so you would think that it would not do the job however it has surprised me and works amazing holding our 24 foot boat in place. Would recommend!

Affordable Fortress
Actually returned first order for larger G17 for 28’ Carver, but too big. So reordered smaller one. Had other Fortress alum alloy, but keep losing on tree bottom deep lake. This galvanized looks fine and price is good.

works great for stern anchor
Seems to be a little flimsy, works great for stern anchor, wouldn't use on bow.

Worth the Money
I am impressed with the anchor overall. Replaced an old dansforth galvanized that weighed nearly 10 pounds. The only reason I did not give this anchor a 5 star is the assembly hardware. The two rod nuts are locking, but the eight nuts for the mud palms are not locking: a design over sight
