One of the plants had no root system! Stems cut off of a larger plant had just been stuck in the dirt. Disappointed.

I got none of the plants pictured! I hate the plants I got, I think they are ugly!!! I wanted the plants pictured!!They also came completely thrown about the box with zero dirt in them and one plant has zero roots!

they came so poorly packaged it was so disappointing. there was dirt everywhere and all of them were completely loosened from the pot. the snake plant has practically its whole third leaf missing where it looks snapped off, the thinner one has so many ends dead/dying and the ivy looking one came with one leaf with a huge dead patch across it that wasn’t treatable and it’s roots were strangling the whole plant. completely disappointing and upset with the way they shipped these poor things.

reason for not giving five star. for guys like me who do not have "green thumb" there should be some kind of instructions on how to care for them. also have no idea am I spouse to remove the wrapped straw from the soil and the plant? have no Idea. please include instructions, simple one would do.

DONT BUY. This is fraud. I would return them if I didn’t feel bad these poor plants. The snake plant came with NO ROOTS. Looks like cut off at the stem. How are selling potted plants with no roots?!! The pathos had cut in few stems I guess to make it “alive” but it’s barely alive. The spider is almost root rotten. Seriously. I’ve purchased live plants online before. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO IT.

I was a little worried when I unpacked them because they were laying on their sides and most of the dry dirt had fallen out of the pot. But with some fresh soil, fertilizer, a large pot, and some TLC, they seem to be doing great! These plants are even larger than I expected and are just beautiful.

Love these plants. One window room so i need them. I did replant them into nice 6" pots. I use LED grow lights to help and water with miracle grow always. I love em, the plants have remained completely healthy for several weeks now. You can see in the pictures little growth around the bottom. I think that's pretty good for Winter. One thing, mark the delivery box up or down. I opened upside down heehee apparently it did not bother them.

When I first purchased these plants. My biggest concern was how the plants would handle shipping. I’ve never bought plants online before. I was fully ready to trust the process though. I was most worried about heat damage and burn to the leafs from shipping. I was not expecting my problem to be that the plants were not rooted. This is very disappointing since it is stated in the description that they are rooted plants. You can see in the picture that there are no roots developing on the end of the plants. Some leaves were torn but that is normal for shipping from what I understand. I will say that the packaging was well done. It came in two boxes with lots of tissue paper. Each plant was individually wrapped in the paper. There was minimal dirt spillage. I will be trying to propagate these cuttings because I don’t want these babies to die. But for how much I paid I fully expected a well rooted plant. There were also no cards to tel me what the plants are or how to care for them. Overall, the product is not as described.
