Arctic Cool Instant Cooling Towel Boxed 2-Pack

I didn't have a lot of expectations when I purchased this but I love it. It works really well to cool you off indoors or out doors. However, it is not magical, it is still a cloth that you wet and place around your neck, or if you are lying down, putting it on your stomach with a fan really cools your overall temperature very fast. It holds onto the water and doesn't drip like a normal towel would. It is basically using evaporation to cool off your skin, but while it seems very basic, is actually quite effective!

We've had some hot weather and I've been glad to have these. I like that I can use it to block the sun and at the same time keep me cool. When the activity permits I put it across the back of my neck and down my bare arms rather than put it over my top where it's less effective. They've stayed soft and comfortable and they're very light weight. Snapping refreshes them and when snapping doesn't help it's time to rewet the towel. The downside is that depending on where I'm going I need to carry extra water beyond drinking water.

These are nice workout towels. They soak up quickly and are good for gym workouts but not sure I would use for something more prolonged like a day out hiking. Best value I could find on Amazon with the 2-pack

My husband bought me a set of these while I was pregnant during the summer (what a guy!). We live in northern New England, so we don't have AC in our house, but every now and then it gets hot and humid in the summer. These were such a lifesaver for me!I would wet them and just lay them over my belly with a fan blowing on me and it cooled me down immediately. I loved that they stayed cold for so much longer than a regular towel or washcloth. Much appreciated for a hot pregnant momma who doesn't want to keep getting up to re-wet the cloth! We even liked these so much, I brought them to the hospital to use during the labor, the nurses were so impressed!

I am not disappointed, but I did expected it to stay cool longer, I use it for running and I figured the best way to use it is to let it hang from my neck and put one end inside my shirt, when it warms I switch it with the other en that has been hanging outside and getting breeze, what cools the towel is not the snapping, there not magic in it is just the air cools the water contained within the fabric, so you can very well shake it around and have the same result as snapping.

I love these things. I sweat a ton from my head, but these are thin enough that I can just fold them 3x length-wise and tie them around my head as a sweat band, and they're long enough that they stay on quite well. I don't use them for cooling very much, but I know they work for that as well.

I used this when I went to my Florida trip and I gave one for my friend.

LOVE THESE TOWELS. I BOUGHT SEVERAL FOR MY SONS BASEBALL TEAM. I USE THEM IN THE GYM, OUTSIDE AND AT THE BEACH. IVE TRIED OTHER COOLING TOWELS AND THEY SMELL LIKE MILDEW AFTER WASHING . THE ARCTIC COOL TOWELS WASH WELL AND DONT SMELL.
