This pasta is superior to nearly every mass produced pasta I've ever purchased. The flavor, tooth, and absorption of sauce of this pasta truly completes the meal. It is unfortunate I have to pay so much more to get such quality, but I am willing to do so for something I make once, maybe twice a month - it makes that much of a difference. American manufacturers should take a lesson.
