Wonderful chandelier and excellent value for the money.Its partially assembled - all the strings are pre-attached - so no more guessing the numbers game. All that you have to do is open each string package which is individually packaged into a ziplock and attached to the base plate - and hang the crystal ball. Takes a huge time off of anyone assembling it.We used 50W LED GU10 bulbs. Bought at HD since there are too many brands in Amazon and longevity was a question.We hired an electrician to do the work and it took about 2.5 hrs for him - removing the old chandelier and assembling this one. The one minor complaint is the sheet that covers the chrome is very hard to peel off - this took way more time than anticipated.

Just like everyone else has commented it is very easy to install but very time consuming but the outcome is extremely beautiful you will be happy and pleased with the final results!!!!Just for clarification to anyone who purchases use the gloves that are sent with the package to avoid fingerprints and having to clean after installation remove plastic film protective so that you can have an easy installation And remove each strand from the center working your way outward.

Beautiful chandelier. Looks very expensive and is a heavy quality fixture.Please note it does NOT include bulbs so I spend an additional $50 on 9 bulbs from the local big home/hardware store.I can't speak to how difficult it was to install because I hired an electrician, but he definitely mentioned that it was intense attaching 144 crystals 1 by 1. It was totally worth it though. Tip: ask the installer to wear gloves when attaching the crystals...I have smudged prints all over mine (no terribly noticeable but I'm particular) and it's way too high up for me to clean them myself. Bummer.

As everyone else stated this was very very difficult to install.We purchased a huge ladder to reach high enough for 18ft ceiling.My husband had a heck of a time getting the base screwed into the ceiling we had to purchase longer screws.Once we verified that the light worked he put the cover on and that was rough because they had attached all the cables to it in small bags so those were in his face and it was hard to see. It was also difficult to take the protective film off because of the cables attached.Once that was all done he began to remove the cables from the bags and place the crystal balls on them. He tried to start in the middle and work his way out. It became more and more difficult to not tangle the cables as more were done.We had to stop a couple of times to untangle large qty’s of cables.The end result is breathtaking I cannot say we would ever purchase one and do it again. Only if it’s not 18 ft in the air. You must have patience and perseverance for this one but if you succeed you’ll be in love too!

This product was not hard to assemble, but it was tedious. Taking the plastic covering off the light disc is annoying, but necessary. Take your time and don’t cut any strings. Definitely use some sort of fasteners into the ceiling drywall for each available hole to mount the light disc. Don’t rely on the ceiling box screws only. Start stringing the glass balls from the middle of the disc and work your way to the outside. It took about 5 hours but worth every bit of it. Another suggestion is to rent scaffolding if it can fit in your foyer.

beautiful, but arrived with no instruction book. We had to spent extra $200 for extension of rental truck and scaffolding because it took very long time for customer service to email us the instructions. Without instructions impossible to put together. If you buy this product open box immediately and make sure all parts and books are in it. It was very expensive for us when we opened the box after scaffolding was up. And had to wait.But it’s really beautiful amazing looking piece.

Honestamente me fascinó esta lampara. Cambia asombrosamente la imagen del acceso a mi hogar.La instalación al parecer no fue tan laboriosa porque contraté un electricista experto y colocó un andamio. La instalación la hizo en aproximadamente 2 horas y me cobró $1.000 pesos y $500 pesos la renta del andamio.Me encantó. Venía completa, con su manual y con todas las piezas separadas y enumeradas.

I did read other people's reviews before I put this thing together and and the reviews were all consistent with that it takes a long time to set this up and install it. Nothing could be further from the truth! The quality of the light is pretty good the wiring and the light sockets are good quality no worries about that. There are no from what I seen electrical approved stickers on it but the quality is good. If you hire an electrical contractor to install this you may have an issue as it doesn't have I approve sticker on it possibly? I don't think that takes away from the quality I have no apprehensions about having this installed in my home. For the price of this the quality is really good and nothing really comes close to it for value for the money

Need a professional to install. Looks amazing but make sure you put the i stall in your budget
