Amazing so far. I worked with a basic “wood burning tool.” So useless and made me feel like I just wasn’t skilled enough. I get this wire wood burning tool and now I know how easy this can be!This allows you to get very close to the head of the tool so you can write or work more naturally. It heats up very fast and it hasn’t stopped working. So that’s a plus. The traditional $25 product I purchased originallyDied after using it for a few hours. The Haley tag was made with the old burner. Taylor was made with this burner.

Great price and did the job

The construction is mediocre, the temp gauge is poorly affixed and easily pushes out of place. The performance of the machine is very good from my experience. The burning tool itself is very comfortable and seems to insulate well against the heat. The tip screws are tight and easy to adjust. The variety of nibs is nice and their quality seems to be very good.

Easy product to use! Don’t turn it up too high because it will spark (heat on wood, bound to happen). I use it on pine and it works easily through the grain.

l bought this pyrography machine this past May l decided to do a project and got 3/4 of the way done when my pens both melted they electronically shorted out and is no longer working. l tried contacting the company but they are out china and can't get ahold of them. So l used Amazon contact seller and left message. So l started to look for replacement pens, and they contacted me before l could find a replacement and is replacing the pens.Thanks for fast response and replacements

I wish I had bought this 15 years ago

This product was received in what appeared to have been either used or opened. Missing parts, and everything came wrapped in old dirty, used bubble wrap , then placed in a shipping box. My experience with this unit has been sub-par, as it does not provide consistent heat. Also, you cannot get low temperature settings for minimal shading. Save your money and put towards a reputable brand, sure wish I would have. I suppose it would be ok if you weren’t planning on using it to produce accuracy, but only just basic burning. Contacting the seller was not helpful in solving the issues.
