Huge capacity
I have had this Power Bank for a couple of weeks now, using it every day, and it has been an outstanding addition to my daily carry items. It has effectively replaced my old favorite power bank. The old power bank has 10000 mAh and weighs 215 grams. The new Power Bank had 20000 mAh and weight 255 grams. They are about the same size, with the new Power Bank being about 8mm thicker - please see attached picture. The new Power Bank charges my phone, and my tablet, easily, for two days work, whereas my old power bank barely got me through one full day. The solar capacity on both devices is about the same, and an estimated minimal daily charge is indicated, though in a pinch, that might be enough to provide enough energy for in an emergency situation. I do not need to have flashlights on my power bank, but I guess it is useful to some people. I have found this new Power bank to be reliable, holds a charge, and has double the capacity of my old power bank, all in a package that is comparable.

Starts charging even under an LED light
I bought a solar charger back in 2010 and it was finally time to replace it after holding less than half it's original charge. I've had this new one for about a week, and I have a few observations. The sun/ solar charging is slow. This is to be expected for the type and size of the solar panel used, and the battery capacity. Setting under direct sunlight for 8 hour filled it up about half way. That's fine, as this is something that would be best left in window of the house for charging as an emergency charger, or for use in camping. At full charge it completely recharges my phone 3 times. The build quality seems very good, but the the hinge on the USB port could use a change. Maybe a silicone cover? Either way I have dropped this twice (my fault) and the door popped off both times but did not break. Snapped right back into place.Overall I would recommend this solar charger for the price and build quality.

A Great Flashlight, This Will NOT Charge An IPad, Will Charge An iPhone
The Good and the Bad. I love the LED flashlight. I tuck this in my lunch bag that I take with me on my runs as a delivery driver. I start my day in the very early hours of the morning, and park to deliver in some very dark places. It is a nice bright flashlight. With it being rechargeable, that is even better. The flashing emergency lights may come in handy in an emergency for me. I like that I can charge it with either a power adapter or the USB power. I have not tried to charge the internal battery yet with the solar panel. I am afraid to sit this in the sun right now with the Oklahoma summer heat, maybe in the fall. Oddly enough, I like the eye hook on the side with the D-ring. I use that to latch on a bundled iPhone charging cord. It will charge up my iPhone SE 1st Edition. Not quite as fast as the iPhone power adapter. The battery will NOT charge my iPhone up to 100%, it only charges to 99%, and stops. Oh Well ! The manual list all kinds of devices you can plug in to charge. Note: this will NOT charge my iPad, it clearly shows in the corner of the screen NOT CHARGING. Note both these comments are with the internal battery fully charged. Also to note it clearly states in the manual that you can not completely charge the internal battery with the solar cell. The battery pack must be plugged in to a power adapter or USB power to completely charge the internal battery. The charge indicator lights are a nice feature. One thing to note: You don’t have to press any buttons on the unit to charge your phone. Just charge the internal battery to four lights, and plug your phone in to the USB on the battery. The button on the side of the unit is ONLY for the flashlight.I have looked at MANY of these on Amazon, and this is the first Solar Battery Pack I’ve found under $25. A nice plus would have included some USB charging cords, iPhone and Android.

Good storage battery, ??? solar charger
This review is for the 20000mAh Solar Power Bank Portable Charger. I bought 3 of these for family members. The instructions say these need to be cycled fully (charged / discharged) from a USB power source. After that, they do hold a very good charge for a long time. I was able to run both a smart phone and a tablet at the same time for over 6 hours to get the battery fully drained each cycle. If fully charged and unused, it holds a full charge for at least a few days ( I have not tried longer). The only issue seems to be the solar charging. It takes all day in direct sun through a window to get close to a full charge, and out in the open in full, direct sunshine the charger cannot keep up with 1 smart phone just sitting idle with the screen off. I would say it is a nice backup for several hours of use in a pinch, but as far as being a reliable solar charger / battery, not so much. And if the battery gets fully drained and any feature was on (like the lights on the unit) you cannot EVER get the lights off unless you connect to a USB source with at least 1.5 Amp output long enough to get enough charge so the electronics can work to turn off the lights. All things considered, next time I will skip these and just use a battery for backup and find another way if I want to charge with solar.

Love it
This is my second solar portal charger of this kind. The first one was a different brand which my boyfriend and I loved to use and found super useful. Down side to that one was that one of the ports fell out weeks after having it. We have had this particular one now for numerous months and it is working superbly. No ports have fallen out and the battery holds its charge and recharges well. It is much lighter than previous one and is more easily carried around where ever we go be it hiking or camping. Buy it you wont be disappointed
