Tastes awful but works
The bags they come in are the cutest, the flavor wasn’t good. I honestly am not surprised it didn’t taste good. It has helped tons with period cramps and gastro issues, so I think it’s worth my money.

I can't drink this before bed. For some reason it keeps me wide awake! I have to drink it in the afternoon or something. I've been having very detailed dreams still, so I think it works!

No flavor
Might be better if you add a flavor so far I don’t taste much of anything. Just had my first cup so I don’t know of any effects. Google said that it helps to reduce body weight , which I will be thrilled if that’s true .

Literally did what I needed it to do
Had to induce a period because of hormones, so I tried the mugwort method, and it works. This also is organic and most natural, so that’s why I went with it but It’s packaged neatly and wonderfully for easy steeping

Exactly what I needed
I use this to help me sleep and relax me at bedtime. So so bitter however just add some honey and sugar in the raw to take it away. I will be ordering again.. Its also great for remembering your dreams
