I was attracted to this particular roller because of its width, thinking that it would provide more stability than the narrow single wheel version I had been using, without being as "clunky" as most of the double-width rollers I have seen. I blame myself for not looking at the photographs more mindfully. When I started using it I was immediately surprised by how unstable it was.The only part of the roller that makes contact with the floor is a very thin ridge at the center of the wheel; the rest of the wheel's surface is significantly sloped or pitched to the left and right. As a result, as you push and pull the wheel, it is uncomfortably difficult to keep it from annoyingly wandering to the left or right. Because most of the wheel's surface is sloped rather than flat, this double-width wheel is actually much less stable than the narrow single wheel I had been using. Over several decades I have used half a dozen ab rollers and this is by far the worst of the lot, even though it looks great.

I purchased this device because I was using an older roller (30 years old) that was very thin, had a skinny handle that hurt my wrist sometimes, as well as made my motion a little unstable and it pressed hard into the carpeting with a narrow wheel. Out of the box, this new yellow roller seems to be well made and fit together snugly with good wheel motion. Once I tried it out, I was pleased by two aspects; the wide grip on the handles was much more comfortable on my wrist, and the wider wheel kept me more stable during the core exercising. My carpeting will take less abuse as well. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the size of the floor mat that comes with the roller; I'm 6' 1" and have large/wide legs so my knees barely fit on the pad. Overall this is an excellent device and I highly recommend it.

I do get an ab workout using this but it feels cheap and flimsy. You get what you pay for, I didn’t want a super expensive one, I just wanted one to use at home during quarantine and it did the trick.

This is good for someone who needs a small ab wheel and is okay with one that is a bit less stable. I keep mine in my backpack. The product is good quality for the price. It is just that any ab wheel with these dimensions will be a bit harder to control/stabalize yourself.

Ab wheel is a great quality product and is made for your ab routine.Just need to be motivated to use and see results each time your will fully ready to use it. This is a great product and worth the money.

I really enjoy using this and was impressed with the quality if it. It was easy to assemble once I realized you need a little water to slide the handles on. The instructions were in chinese but how to use it is straightforward so I didn't mind.

Pricing seems all over the place with these. This works fantastically, so I'd recommend going with this over anything more expensive. Cheap, solid, reliable and works!
