Triple EightStreet Knee Pads for Skateboarding and Roller Derby with Adjustable Straps (1 Pair)

Bought to use as kneepads for renovation work. They stay on much better than most construction knee pads, especially for skinny legs. The caps are non-marring for vinyl floors.

Great knee pads I use them for scootering and I take them to the skatepark alot and they work really well and they never slide off like my old ones do the only downside is that they take a while to put on but really that is it and they really protect the impact to

I got these for my 102 lbs daughter 5,0ft and they were ok she skateboards so the first time she feel they got dirty really fast! They also look huge on her and because her legs are kinda skinny. Did i mention that they are hard to put on it was also confusing which is right left over all 4/5 or 7/10

I was looking for knee pads without having to remove my shoes and I found them. Not sure what is less trouble, the Triple 8 pads where I don't have to take off my shoes or wearing pads that I have to take my shoes off??? My pads that I have to take off my shoes has an elastic sleeve that goes over the foot/leg then you secure the pads with Velcro the straps. The Tripe 8 pads are similar except the inner sleeve separates and opens up with Velcro straps. There are outer straps like my other pads. You need to take the outer strap and slide through the buckle that the strap threads through then un-Velcro the inner liner. I think without the inner Velcro straps, the pads would move around. With that said, the pads are great. I don't have to take my shoes off and the pads don't move around which is what I was looking for. I think the pads will protect my knees if and when I take a spill. My only complaint would be how the pads feel compare to my pads where I have to remove my shoes. I probably just need to get use to them. The fit/size is correct for me.

I measured right in between the large and the medium size according to their size chart. I ordered the large because I figured I wouldn't want these knee pads to be too tight. The large were hilariously large on me. The plate part jutted out significantly to either side and it just felt like I had to keep the velcro really tight to hold the knee pad in place. So I exchanged for the medium which did not even close around my leg. So much for being right in between the sizes. I suppose if you solidly fit into one of the size ranges these knee pads would good. The construction seemed to be fairly solid and when I did manage to get them to fit securely I felt like I was adequately protected. I know its hard to come by adult sized knee pads that aren't for construction workers spending all day kneeling. Many adult sized knee pads are for cushioning and not protection from sports so I suppose we can't be too picky...

I bought another brands "set" first and it was terrible so I decided to buy each item I needed separately to get a better, more comfortable fit. I like that these do not have a sleeve so I can put my skates on then pads after if I want to. Nicely made and well padded for impact.

Good quality stuff. The size given is accurate but that's measured without clothings so have to keep that in mind when buying..

Excellent skate style knee pads. Secure, comfy fit. Great protection. Absolute bargain! Have worn these several times for many hours riding at BMX and pump tracks, the duel velcro fixings mean a close, comfy fit with no slipping. Despite the heavy duty plastic knee protection outer shell I have no issues with getting too warm in them even in hot weather. Already taken a few knocks but showing no signs of damage. Manufacturers sizing chart seems accurate too.
