I purchased this sign for the fitness center of a hotel I manage. It took a little while to arrive, but once it did the installation was a breeze. It's a sturdy metal sign and just the right size for the public to be able to read. I specifically purchased this one over the others due to the wording that was used. We wanted to make sure the public was informed on where liability lies in case of any accidents that might occur by using our fitness center and that we cannot be held responsible as a result.
