Royal Bear: Shifter Romance (P.O.L.A.R. Book 5)

The mysterious Konstantin is part of the P.O.L.A.R team. He's a Polar Bear shifter ostracized with his special forces crew from Siberia to the Florida Keyes. Florida is not exactly a natural habitat for Polar Bears, but these boys have all found themselves true mates, except for Konstantin. But when he meets Grace things change. Grace is a bit of a nomad and trained survivalist, but she's lost her brother and she comes to POLAR to get them to help find Gray. Kon is determined to help Grace, he's recognised her as his true mate. He has to rely on his father to help provide inside information to find Gray. It helps that Kon' s father is the King back home. But the other side of the royalty coin is Konstantin is expected to return home, ascend the throne, enter into his prearranged marriage and produce heirs, even though Grace is his true mate. Although Kon has always intended to meet his families expectations, meeting Grace has changed that view. Now he's faced with balancing the needs of his family and country with the impact on his friends and Grace. There's delightful fun, curious drama and deciding how to set true priorities in this story. There's a few incomplete plot points but Kon, Grace, the POLAR team and their mates complete this story beautifully. The addition of Gray is a welcome treat. Nice installment to this series.

Kon is a Prince and has to go back to Siberia for an arranged marriage and to take over the throne. But as of now he is in POLAR an elite team of Polar bears located in the Florida Keys. That is where he meets his mate GraceGrace is a nomad but she is worried about her brother so she goes to his house to find things trashed. She then enlists the help of POLAR where she meets Kon. With their chemistry what will happen next?

Ms. Ayers has again written an entertaining shifter series. I do wish she was with a better editing group. Even if the editors use a grammar checking program, they need to be fluent in the English language. Any book produced by Lovestruck Romance shouldn't be priced over $2.99 American. Any books I have bought by them recently was to finish out a series. I intend to watch closely for who is the publisher of future books by Ms. Ayers.

I received tbis book as an ARC and loved every minute of this read. Grace and Kon were awesome together. I have to say that there were times that he really needed to get his head on straight, but him finally figuring it out was half the fun. I really hope that Grace’s brother Gray gets a story before this series is complete.

These stories are loaded with action, love, humor, and comrades to the end. First off the idea of a team of Polar Bears in the Florida Keys working as troubleshooting group, finding mates, establishing a base of operations and succeeding doesn't find you reading their tales go back to sleep. It's fun.

The last member of the P.O.L.A.R. Bear Ops team has found his mate, but can be keep her? Konstantin is hiding a big secret. One that can change everything for the bears. I've loved this series and hope it's not over yet. These books are a fun read. And, Gray needs a story, too. Please!

We finally get Akon’s story and it was a good one! Good storyline a character development and I love still hearing from the characters in the previous stories. I now I’m looking forward to Reading Gray’s story!

Thank you Candace Ayers, I really enjoyed this series. It has a lot of shifter romance, with some mate problems of course, us girls like to see the male squirm and work for what they want. Plus some action. All wrapped up with excellent writing. Having just read an extremely intense series this was just what I needed. It has a sort of follow up series I have just found out, Cybermates, which I'm happy to say I have the 1st 2 of. Wont start those yet as like a complete series when I read. This series is well worth anyone's time to read, has romance, shifters, action and fun. What more can you need
