Flex-a-lite168 Black Magic S-blade 15" Reversible Electric Fan

Fan works great, pulls more than enough air, fairly quiet as well. Would have given it 5 stars, except for the terrible "universal" hardware and instructions it comes with. First of all, the hardware came loose in the box, so I'm not entirely sure that I got every piece it comes with. There was no parts checklist included. The brackets provided would in no way, shape, or form fit in my engine bay or attach to my radiator as per instructions. I ended up only using the 4 short bolts to attach the fan to custom brackets I made from some scrap metal (see pic). I would recommend the fan itself, but plan on having to fabricate and improvise during installation.

I have a modified 5.0 in a 66 mustang with a aftermarket 66 radiator always ran hot around 215 to 220 put a flex-a-lite 168 on. fit like it was made for it and now it running around 175 to 185 couldn’t be more pleased quiet and powerful

Replaced a M150 with this New Fan (same overall size) because for increase in CFM , My 46 Ford StreetRod now runs about 30 degrees cooler in all driving conditions. Have used Flex-a-Lite products many times and always great product. The price on Amazon is the best you will find and with free shipping.
