These are expensive so have 1 in 5 failure rate and China company so no returns

Not quite as strong as I thought it would be
The unit itself works great it's just not quite enough needs about another few pounds of pull on it

Not very durable, make sure you use only use it for VERY LIGHT applications.
The form factor is great as is the stroke length. Sadly, this device should not be used anywhere near its claimed lift rating. Mine seems to have stripped the gear even after only a few uses at about 60% of its claimed rating. Great idea but poorly built. So if you need something to do a real project this may not be the right fit you. If they get their quality up this could be a great product. There is no warranty with these so definitely do your homework before buying.

Meh.
Lasted from July to September as a door opener for my chicken coop. Kinda disappointed for the price. There’s almost no load on the unit, it’s opening a plywood door.

Looks better than it works!!
Used for front of RC Dozer. One of two stopped working in hours. Couldn't get replacement. Stuck with one working unit.
