Great Tights
I bought this brand / style of tights for my daughter when she started dance class at 3 years old. Back then, she wore the Toddler size. I love these tights so much that every time she outgrows a pair, I simply buy the same brand / style in the next bigger size. She's gone through sizes Toddler, Small, and Intermediate, and we're now on Medium. The sizes seem to run true-to-size. My daughter is currently a size 8, and the Medium (8-10) fits perfectly. These tights are super soft and stretchy, and my daughter has been able to put them on all by herself since she was 6 years old, wearing size Intermediate (6X/7). (Back then, she had trouble putting on "regular" tights by herself, I guess because they're usually not as stretchy.)None of my daughter's tights have ever ripped. I think the Toddler or the Small got a small "blemish" (a little discoloration, and the material felt thinner in that area) from when my daughter fell on her knee, but it never opened up into a run or a hole. Her current tights do have a couple snags in them around the knees, but again, they haven't opened up into runs or holes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality. As an aside, I'll mention that one year, when I hadn't bought these tights yet, the salesperson who sold us ballet shoes talked me into buying Capezio 100% Nylon tights. (I think the store only carried Capezio brand tights.) After a few weeks of classes, both my daughter and I found we didn't really like them, compared to the Danskin UltraSoft Microfiber tights. They weren't very stretchy, so they were difficult to put on, and within a couple weeks, they had several snags. I quickly switched back to our trusted brand and style. I know this isn't the place to review OTHER tights, but just having that experience actually made me appreciate these tights even more.

Good quality
My daughter needed tights for ice skating. I struggled to find anything in her size (she's just 3.5) and was wary of spending so much on specialty skating tights. I bought the size 4-6 and they fit her very well. There is a tiny bit of extra length in the legs (and there would be plenty of stretch if her legs were wider). The bit of extra does not matter since she's wearing skates. They have held up well to wear. I've washed them in a mesh bag, mostly air dried. (They did make one trip through the dryer but came out without shrinkage.)Pleased to have something that will last us a bit.

Did the job
These tights were nice quality and served their purpose. Next time I would buy a size up. I ordered a size 4-6 for my skinny 5 year old and they were a little to snug in length. I think a 6-7 might have fit better and would at least last another season. These will be outgrown in a couple months. They are not cheap and shiny looking which I was glad. They are thin and dance quality so don't expect those thick winter knitted kind. The color is white, not too see through but also not opaque! Her little white panties would definitely show when the tutu was not on. They do have a tag for a distinct front and back. They do not have that upper thigh line like other tights and I was glad. Over all good but order a size up. Oh also, they do get dirty fast and are not easy to dust off. Daughter got footprints on them while wearing them through her ballet moves but I guess that's just the casualties of dance.

3-pack is great for the price, ballet pink is definitely peachy but lovely
Only worn and washed once but came out nicely. Ballet pink is definitely peach-toned out of the box, but once you put it on, it's a very pretty peachy-pink that looks fantastic with a black leotard and skirt - a very classic ballet look that I personally think looks great, a little more "grown-up", and different from the typical bubble-gum pale pinks that most other little girls wear. The peachy-pink tones also happen to match their Bloch ballet slippers PERFECTLY, resulting in a lovely long leg line! If you're trying to match other pinks, you may be better off with the theatrical pink that other reviewers mention. Slze M (8-10) fit my petite 8yos great with some growing room so I would say if you're unsure, size up! I like the capezio self-fabric waistband tights a little better because they seem like they'd be more comfy, but my girls have not complained at all about the stiffer/thicker waistband on these tights.

Runs very small, but still great tights
I even read the reviews, and I still didn't size up enough! I ordered the small (size 4-6) for my 38", 28 lb 3 year old. Yep, she's skinny. I should have factored in her long legs, but since she was 2 inches shorter than the size chart guide and wearing 3T pants I thought I was safe. She can just barely squeeze into them lengthwise, and since I waited until the day of her class to try them (my fault) we were stuck with them. I'll order them again in the next size, because we really do like them. My oldest used them but in 7 years I'd forgotten just how small they ran.PS The theatrical pink is the classic light pink color

Ballet Pink - NOT the color standard in this brand.
Other reviewers stated the ballet pink was more of a salmon color and were disappointed. I already knew ballet pink wasn't very pink and kind of salmon colored, so I ordered them anyway. These reviewers weren't kidding around! This brand's ballet pink is SALMON. Much more orange than pink going on. Alrighty! The darker than I'm used to salmon - er - ballet pink looks fine with my daughter's plain black leotard. Once she has them on the color is slightly less striking. I don't think this particular color looks as good with the light pastel leotards my daughter wears vs. the Body Wrappers tights in ballet pink that she has. I'm happy with my purchase, but beware if you don't have dance wear options to match up with orangish-pink tights. Regardless, the tights are of good quality and thick so that my daughter can be on the floor without worry of snagging her tights.
