Undersun Resistance Bands for Working Out | Heavy Duty Exercise Bands Resistance for Strength Training & Pull Up Assistance

I bought these bands to replace a cheaper, but decent quality, set of bands that were showing signs of wear. I have been using the Undersun resistance band training programme for a couple of years and decided that I would try these bands to compliment the training. They are a bit more pricy than other bands that I have, but these are good quality and a pleasure to use. They come in two colour choices but this is aesthetic, a personal choice, and has no bearing on the quality or standard. As with all other bands, they are lightweight, portable and great to use on your travels so that you can continue training and pumping those muscles! The resistance is good and smooth and the quality of the material as good or better than other bands that I've seen or used. I use bands for training because I have a hip problem that prevents me from properly lifting weights. Yes, they are completely different from weights but I have been delighted with high quality of training that can be achieved with using only bands. They are also easier on your joints and engage a wider range of the smaller stabilising muscles, ligaments and tendons than weights. I would highly recommend buying or finding a free training programme for using the bands. A formal programme of training will help to ensure that you are doing the correct exercises, in the correct way, at the right time and help to keep you focused and on track. The bag that comes with the bands is flimsy and only really suitable for packaging so you'll need to find a more solid option for storage and transportation. Another important addition to consider is a pair of good quality training gloves. Note - not all gloves are equal and you'll need to find a pair that provide padding in the right places to counteract the bands rubbing and pulling on the skin of your hands. Also, I think that it is good idea to wipe these down with soft clean cloth every so often and especially if you get sweat on them. This may help to prolong the life of the bands and takes little effort so why not! All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase and can see these bands long time - time and usage will tell. Highly recommended.

I was a little dubious buying these as I have had various resistance bands in the past, each with varying degrees of success but as I can not currently afford a full weight training set up, and I heard good things about this brand, I took the plunge and went all in. I can not say that I was dissatisfied with my purchase. The FULL set of bands are amazing. From light intensity to heavy, they have a use for any activity and do not fail to impress. Not only that, but with a little bit of Youtubing, you can find a plethora of instructional videos too. Overall, these bands are superb, buy with confidence. UPDATE: TWO OF THE BANDS SNAPPED AFTER RELATIVELY LITTLE USE. CONTACTING THE SELLER WAS A JOKE. WAS REFFERED TO MAKE A CLAIM THROUGH THE COMPANY BUT THEY NEVER RESPONED TO THE REQUEST. I AM NOW LEFT WITH A RATHER EXPENSIVE AND SOMEWHAT USELESS PRODUCT, AND SELLER REFUSED TO HELP IN ANY OTHER WAY. AVOID AND JUST BUT YOURSELF SOME QUALITY WEIGHTS.

These are excellent quality bands compared to the cheaper ones that I have and they will last a long time. Resistance bands are the way forward as they are easy to transport and are extremely versatile. The slight negative regarding bands is the way they can dig into your skin around the thumb and forefinger area which can be slightly eased by wearing fingerless cycling gloves or even better by using a Resistance band bar with eyelets at both ends....Problem Solved!

Only been using the bands for a few days and they are great. It will be a while before I get up to using the heavy weight bands but that is the goal. No complaints with the bands but the travel bag is rubbish, the plastic slide on the tip broke when I opened the bag. I'd still recommend the bands you just need to get a bag to carry them in.

I have trained with resistance bands for years and have various types of bands. These bands are just what I wanted and you can certainly feel the difference in the stated description on the bands. I have read other reviews were they have mentioned the long door anchor. Can I just say that you have 2 attachments in one here. You have the actual door anchor which is the hump part and also the long black strap with the buckles. The black long strap and buckles you can use outside and you can attach to a tree or a post etc. I do agree that there is no information about the free trail but there are plenty of videos on YouTube regarding training with these types of resistance bands.

This is the second set I bought, as a present for a relative. I have been using these resistance bands since March 2021. They are very effective—I've been using them with the TA2 Build programme from Undersun Fitness for almost 9 months with excellent results—and of very good quality. The customer service of Undersun Fitness is top notch as well—I had some issues with a couple of bands (it may happen with latex bands) and when I contacted the company, they replaced them without fuss and very quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! If I could give it 0 star I would have done so (Amazon please include this option). So this specific band was ordered as a replacement for a like for like that eventually broke after 4 years of use. As many others have mentioned in reviews here on Amazon as well as in plenty of YouTube videos Undersun has completely changed the quality of its resistance bands. The first resistance bands that I bought were top quality, most of them have well lasted the test of time as 4 years down the line and they are still functional having not broken (with the exception of this one). Lately however Undersun has definitely changed its provider of raw materials and the resistance bands they are now selling are the WORST possible. I am posting here photos as evidence that these broke within less than a year! The worst part: non-existent customer service. They never reply to emails (again as many have mentioned here on Amazon). I don't know whether this is because of the sheer volume of complaints which I am sure they are receiving or simply because they can't bother. Genuine friendly advice to all prospective customers of Undersun products: DO NOT BUY THEIR RESISTANCE BANDS. The company is going heave on marketing with its founder James Grange on all social media platforms but these are currently the worst possible resistance bands you could possibly buy. Don't throw away your hard earned money

My husband has broken other products but these Super ones have defied his rigorous sessions and survived.

If you're looking for loop bands for home resistance/gym training, then this brand is what you should be using. They're made in the USA and are known to be good quality loop bands. I've been using these for 3 months now and they are all still in good condition. Perfect for fast, effective, resistance training. Doesn't use up space when not used and best of all, no need to worry about dropping weights/bar/dumbbell on the floor.

I would recommend this set to anyone looking to start resistance band training, it has everything you need, all good quality, the door stop is awesome.

First I want to say that I am busy and usually don't spend time writing reviews...but if you are like me and considering the Undersun bands I wanted you to read this. I thought about wether I wanted to try these or not because I am used to weights and for cardio I cycle. I was a little skeptical but did my research and found the videos by Undesun very intriguing...With the gyms closed and the price of buying a weight set and dumbbells through the roof I thought I would give these a try. Being a little creative you can hit all body parts with the Undersun 5 Band kit. It also comes with a thing to hook behind a door which opens up even more exercises. Plus I use them with a bench for more variety. You can really copy all your fav muscle building exercises and get a really good pump if your doing things right. Also you can do a work out in such a way that you will be killing it on cardio at the same time. Yes its a bit different but at the end of the day its resistance training and I have great workouts. With the 5 bands there is no shortage of resistance (weight) that you can create in an almost endless variety of exercises for every body part. So if your some huge guy no problem...I dare you to not have enough resistance! And if your a petite 98 pound gal the lighter bands are perfect. If your a little savy you will figure out that by simply changing your grip, stance and or amount you choke up on the band you are using will totally change its resistance level and act like multiple bands all in the same band...plus there are 5 in total all different levels of resistance. Like I say, be creative, watch the videos they offer, and save your self some money on stacking up on weights in your garage and get a set of these. They store in a small bag that comes with the set which keeps things tidy. Once the gym opens for sure I will be back but I will still use these plenty because its just so convenient to get a great work out in. Hope this helps you make a decision.
