Merrell Kinetic Fit Advanced Footbed Men Mesh

Bought these to put in my 2 year old Moab 2’s. The difference is like new! Turned my older shoes into the most comfortable shoes I have. I liked them so much I bought a 2nd pair for my other Moab shoes that had the standard insoles. I recommend these insoles!

Worked great like original.

The insoles are well-made, and look like they'll last a long time. Arch support is moderate +, so that's great. The only small issue is that the heel pod feels a bit elevated and does not work well in my cross-country or downhill ski boots, where I need my heel to not be elevated. But these work fine in my Muck boots, with very flat footbeds. The arch support and heel lift make the boots much more comfortable for standing and walking than with their thin stock insoles.

I bought these inserts for a well-loved pair of Merrell Moabs that has seen some mileage on local trails. I was looking to add some support and cushion. These inserts seem to provide both.The inserts provide a semi-rigid structure that cups the heel and supports the arch, while remaining flexible at the toe area. They also include a cushion placed under the heel for extra bounce.These inserts are slightly thicker than the ones that come with the shoes, which means you may need to lace your shoes more loosely until they’re broken in. Not a big issue.Overall these inserts appear to be a good value item and certainly far cheaper than replacing a perfectly fine pair of Moabs just to get more support. Since I tend to keep my Moabs a very long time, I may stock up on the inserts so I can replace them after a few years and keep going!
