I never have to worry about smelling anymore. The smell is a little clinical and reminds me of a doctor's office. But it works and you can always wear perfume and no one would notice.I am no longer worried about putting my arms up or after a long day being uncomfortable. I also put it on during the day but be careful because it is expensive and the container is very small. So far it has lasted me a couple of months, but if you also put it on during the day be careful not to use too much-a little goes a long way.
