Cuisinart 20037 Replacement Outdoor Electric Grill Temperature Control and Cord for CEG-980 and CEG-980T Grills

My husband said it works great and was easy to install. It is also a reasonable price. The product last long. The original part that came with grill lasted 3yrs. So it holds up long! Shipping was quick as well.

Pretty much has the monopoly on this model drip tray for cuisinart grill so 3 stars for being available. Other 2 stars are missing because my tray looks used and a 2 year old attempted to tack weld the handle to the tray but ended up cutting into it instead. All well. My fault for dropping the original one into the lake.Update: self added 2 more stars from the original 3 because I like how snug it fits, the design reduces spill over while on the boat, holds more grease, and even though the welds look crappy on the handle it's still pretty robust.I'd buy another one.

Simple instructions. Easy to install in a few minutes. Provides a great flame. Of course, if you have no flame or a poor flame, and a full canister of gas, it is suggested that you replace the regulator and even the hose before you replace the burner.

This Grate was heavier than I expected and the ceramic coating has held up well so far. I don't use it for it's intended purpos. I use it on top of a heavy steel cooking grid and the ceramic coating is a much nicer, and potentially healthier, surface to cook on. I wish it were an inch larger in each direction but as is it handles 90% of all our grilling needs. It goes through the dish washer with no problems but needs careful hand cleaning for the baked on heavy stuff.

Bought this as a spare as other reviewers had expressed a short life of their controller. We love our grill and it has performed above our expectations. It is a jewel. Note: We always turn the knob to max. I don't know what temp it reaches but I'd bet you can bake with it.

This is a replacement. Two years ago, we purchased the grill and used it once. Travel trailers have all to amenities of home, but on a scaled down version. After using the grill for burgers, it was wiped down, but not throughly cleaned in the sink. It was stowed away in the original box, cleaned off as well as paper towels can do.While preparing for our first outing since Covid, I pulled the grill out to make sure it was ready for service. I was surprised to find the grill surface was pock marked and very slightly rusted. Apparently, whatever grease that had been left behind had destroyed the shiny surface on the grill and allowed the metal to rust. I thought it was ceramic or something equally durable.I’ll baby the replacement, as I hope to get more than one use of it. The gas itself performs well enough. I’m still on the original small propane bottle.

The Cuisinart Petite Grill is a dynamite Solution for a Single or Couple. Minimal use of Propane. I pull out Grill and wash in Sink after use, rather than scouring with wire brush. I would also recommend buying an extra Grill. Just to promote length of use. Very Nifty a Design, surprisingly Cuisinart?? But. Very worth the consideration if you are more modest in Grilling. Love ❤ it !!

I have ordered and returned this item twice now because it says that it "Includes new spark producer", but it does not, so don't be fooled into paying the higher price for this item thinking it is included.
