I am 64. I had a full hysterectomy at 50. This product is a Godsend! If you experience pain during sex because you are not producing estrogen, you will absolutely love this product.

Being a woman in her sixties, I had begun to feel very dry and irritated. I don't want to use estrogens, so was looking for something to improve comfort. This gel works. I was quite irritated when it arrived and for the first few days could not tell much difference. But within a week, improvement started and now the problem seems resolved. I am not sexually active, but would assume with the vaginal applicator, sex would be much more enjoyable using this.On the same note, I found using Cottonelle Gentle Care bathroom wipes, instead of toilet paper to be very helpful. The ones in the green package, not the regular ones which seemed to sting the irritated areas. Just thought I would share that tip as well.

This is the BEST discovery EVER! I found this online when I needed a remedy for serious pain and burning from post-menopausal dryness. My burning was so severe, I had gone to the ER, then to a Urologist, and then to my Gynecologist, thinking I had a bladder or yeast infection. They both could find nothing wrong - I was found to be COMPLETELY HEALTHY!!!! That was the good news. But the bad news - the problem they said, was post-menopausal dryness, and due to previous breast ca, I was not allowed to take anything at all with Estrogen any longer. They had very little to offer me as relief, other than sexual lubricants which were just about worthless and only caused more burning. I burned 24/7 without relief. So I searched the internet thinking there had to be something out there for relief. I was thinking there must be other women with the same problem. This has been a "LIFE saver" for me. my pain is GONE!! I have used Creme De La Femme every night now for a year with success. Sexual intimacy has become enjoyable once more!! I have also given this information to all of my Doctors so they can be more informed in helping other women with the same problem. Please do NOT ever stop making this product!!

This stuff works great! Bought this for my wife to help our sex life and it works. We have tried every lube on the market without any luck. Since menopause it is always painful for her, with the best lubricant we've tried she can only last a few minutes with full penetration and sometimes longer with partial penetration. We tried this stuff last night and it was like sex 10 years ago! She was able to take full penetration and grind on it for about 20 minutes with a massive orgasm at the end! If dryness and soreness is a problem in your marriage then I highly recommend this product. Only gave 4 stars because the seller has it alot cheaper on their own website.

This product is terrific for both internal and external use. I ordered it after doing a lot of online research and discovering that it is the only product of its kind that received almost 100% positive reviews...and LOTS of them. I have reordered it twice as of this writing. And today, at my annual checkup with my GYN, I learned that it is the product she now recommends, so I feel my choice was validated. P.S. after discussing female issues with my sister-in-law, I gave her a tube and she loves it too!

This works as promised. I had used a prescription medicine for this issue for years, but the cost finally drove me to look for an alternative, and this is definitely it! Just a small drop relieves dryness all day. I will absolutely buy this again,,,and again...and again.....

I too am on the fence with this product. Its better than nothing.I never, ever needed this type of product in the past, so I have nothing to compare it to.Post breast cancer (PBC), I'm on medication that stops hormone production and immediately I went into menopause (mid 40s). My husband and I didn't attempt intercourse for over a year, I was just to sick. After our first and very painful attempt I called my gynecologist. She said several of her PBC patients use this product for daily dryness and intercourse. Like so many breast cancer patients, I have to avoid anything that mimics estrogen and/or progesterone. This product is free of hormones, natural or synthetic, so it's safe to use.The applicator !SUCKS! not only by its blunt shape, but it is difficult to clean. When I'm out in public and begin to feel pinching from dryness, I need to use it. Cleaning this in a public restroom, !SERIOUSLY! And then to put it where??? My unsanitary purse? So yes, I carry a zip top plastic bag. But even at home, washing it with an antibacterial hand soap, and it still is greasy feeling. And then again...where to store it to dry?Back to the sex issue; Using it twice daily, I still need re- application before intercourse. But my husband does not enjoy what's going on, and gets frustrated. He said it feels like he's swimming in there, absolutely no sensations. He happy to please me, and puts up with it, but has asked me to find something else for use during sex.So, the product itself does work for my daily use (not including the applicator). It is a little runny, I use a panty liner. It is a bit oily, again, I'm using a panty liner. I haven't experienced any of it getting on my sheets, and I don't use a liner at night. I just assumed that I needed multiple applications a day...maybe I need to look into a better product for that, but for now, I still have plenty of this.

My wife and me tried twice in 2 months after i got this cream.It improved the condition of dryness but according to my wife's opinion yesterday, the pain and dryness was only reduce to half.This is a true opinion, not a side advertising to the cream.
