I didn't think I'd particularly care for this product after reading some reviews and seeing some of the photos of subpar tubes, but I was in need of some purple lipstick. But you know what? I must have gotten a particularly good batch because I am IMPRESSED. I've spent much more than $1 per tube for some lipsticks that were a complete and utter disappointment, but this product? This was fantastic. They are creamy (not chalky like I expected), they glide onto your suckers, and they stay there for a respectable time (as long as you don't eat, these aren't lip stains after all). The colours are great and the ones that don't match me have matched (and been gifted to) some friends. If I'm ever in need for some other strangely coloured lip paint I will certainly buy this brand again.As a final thought, I hope there's no lead in it. In a 2009 study, 99% of tested lipsticks on the market (included some pricey pricey brands) have tested positive for lead particles in them. I am curious how this product would fare in such a study.

I was actually kind of surprised at how much I liked these inexpensive lipsticks. I chose them for a Halloween costume because I would have several color choices for not a lot of money, and expected to make my choice for the night and that would be the end. I was happy to find out that these lipsticks are a nice texture, non-flaking, non-drying, nicely scented and vividly colored - especially for the price point. Sure, they aren't luxury cosmetic products, but they do the job and I've put the three darker pinks into my regular rotation.

Chose this set cause I needed to buy something extra to get free shipping. I never buy makeup online, and normally go for Mac lipsticks. This is not Mac quality, but for the price, I was pleasantly surprised, I think these are great for day-time casual use, the pigment is fairly good, not sure how long lasting they are, also of course a couple of the shades are not great on my complexion, but I'll definitely be using most of these!

I did not expect Mac quality for this price but these lipsticks are inconsistent in every way. I first bought a Kleancolor lipstick in Barely pink with a lipliner for about $6 and some change. The quality was good. I buy these ones and some colors were powdery and chalky. The red shades were fine...they went on smooth and not chalky or powdery and had more staying power. However, the purple shades were different. One color was described as Heather and was pink and chalky and wore off rather quickly without eating...drinking...sweating or smoking. The Orchid color was not very pigmented and had to go over my lips a couple of times for the color to show. I made the best out of the purplish tones (one color shown as Heather is really a light bright pink) by using a lip conditioner and gloss on top. I do that anyway with most Matte lipsticks. Overall they're not the worst but certainly not the best mainly because of the inconsistency of the colors and formula. There should be better quality control because the red tones weren't so bad. Another downside is I never received my earrings. I received a pair when I purchased my first Kleancolor lipstick and they were cute bright orange colored roses that I sometimes wear with any matching clothes.

I love these lipsticks! I'm a makeup artist and I appreciate a good lipstick. These all have a blue undertone which I love! They are creamy and true to color! The only thing I would change is the taste ~ it's not bad but not so great! I'll never understand why they dont put an actual flavor on them? I guess I'll be forced to make my own line someday~and I will add an actual fruit flavor to each one. Its going on lips so you think it'd be a no brainer! They came quickly no complaints.

got it today opened and tried on in the orchard shade and got my lips all itching immediately wipe off the tint in my lips and still feeling the itch hopefully it subside soon or I’m calling amazon again... not even one star

Perfect! I wasn't shocked due to the fact that I ordered a different color pack and the blues from that pack were horrible and I ordered this with it so I was dreading the arrival of this product but to my surprise this color pack was worth every penny! Colours were nice and noticble very strong! I might buy from this brand again! This is a great color pack!!!!!
