First time mom! I'm so glad I ordered this book its perfect very well written

I got this book 16 years ago when I was pregnant with my first and read it to my tummy every day. I really enjoyed the book, so much so that I bought it for a coworker who is having their first baby.

Cute book to give as a shower gift or to mom to be to start the habit of reading to baby.

My husband ordered this book to read to our baby in utero. It was both hilarious and cute. We were laughing out loud the whole time. I loved Barbara Park as a kid (her "Skinny Bones" book was my favorite) and I was delighted to find out that she had written this cute little baby/fetus book. We would highly recommend it to expectant parents. It ranks right up there with "Oh Baby, the Places You'll Go" as a great book to be read in utero!

We received this book as a gift near the end of my wife's preganancy, and immediately went out and bought copies to give to other couples in the same position. This is an adorable book, both for pregnant moms, and to share with their kids when having another baby. We used it as a way to show our daughter that another baby was coming, and to laugh about what he must be doing in mommy's belly.

I am 5 months pregnant and I just got this book. I totally love it. Everytime I read it, it makes me cry. I read all the reviews here and that's the reason I decided to buy this book.The book is funny, well written and I love the artwork as well.I really feel like my baby is speaking to me through this book.You won'r regret to get this book. I also recommend this as a gift for an expectantn mom.

My "baby" and her husband will soon be having their first child. I have read about talking - and reading - to babies before they are born - and gave this book to my daughter and son-in-law, along with other books from when she was young. "Ma..." is funny, imaginative - and with creative drawings, paints a wonderful picture of life "inside", before birth.

Awesome shower gift!I do wish that the book would have characters of other ethnicities as an option because I gift to the book to people from various ethnic backgrounds.

Really cute with creative and clever rhymes! You can't help but smile when you read it! Would be great for an older-sibling-to-be.

Lovely story about waiting for baby’s arrival. Baby’s heartwarming thoughts and concerns about what they are going through add another dimension to this magical time. I gave this to my expectant daughter and she loved it.
