Thinks are looking up
I have not seen any differences in things like my cycle. I have however seen a difference in my mood which is a good sign; before I was very unhappy borderline grumpy at times. I have only been taking this supplement for a month and a half so hopefully I will get a cycle soon after a few months of not having one.

Speechless
I had an irregular cycle due to taking some hormonal pills that affected my periods. After taking this for three days after missing my period for weeks it finally came. Amazing product

It works
I have waited 2 months to be able to post a review on this- I love it. It has zero taste which is nice. But I’m down 10 lbs, I’m sleeping better, my mood swings are more tame. I recommend this to any and every female I can

For the girlies
This review is for other women who just want to find something that helps.Brief history:I have ovarian cysts (never diagnosed as polycystic) but once it goes away on its own (ruptures), new ones arise. Due to the pain of the cysts while I’m on my period I decided to go on birth control again, under the advice of my provider. I have not had a period in 4 years almost 5. I struggle to lose weight, mainly in my tummy area. Provider ruled out diabetes and thyroid issues. I’m pretty sure I have PCOS but I did not get diagnosed or tested. Finding anything out about myself has been a real struggle with my providers.Which led me down a rabbit hole to self diagnose and self treat. I’ve been using this for 2 almost 3 weeks. I started off with taking 2 pills because of other reviews saying they were getting really bad headaches. Week one I noticed I would fall asleep really quickly. Which never happens. I had a huge craving for sugar though. Week 2, I just had a craving to eat all the time. I also gained 2 pounds. Week 3 I started taking 4 pills. First day was fine, no new symptoms. 2nd day I had a headache, went away after I had a meal. But I also had pain in my neck. It feels like it’s on the left and right side of my windpipe. So maybe some glands? 3rd day pain in my neck feels slightly worse and headaches lasted for 6 hours even with food and water. I’m going to lower my dosage back to 2 and start using magnesium glycinate. If I feel like things start getting better I will post an update.

More cons than pros for me
I do want to start off by saying that I’ve never taken hormone supplements before, however I am 41 and have been talking to my doctor about hormone and ovarian health all together.I researched these supplements and thought, what could hurt?! I have painful, irregular cycles…bloating….mood issues from lack of rest etc. A great candidate or so I thought.I have been taking the powder (two scoops) with water everyday for three weeks. My only pro outside of the fact that it’s given me a very filled out, curvy figure and adding volume to any saggy area…my mood has improved! My temperament is softer for sure. Now the cons! Ugh, I am SO bloated and my uterus is literally extended out so puffy! I look 4 months pregnant, carrying very low and nothing I do gives me any relief! I can literally feel my other organs that I need for other body function being cramped and pressed on. I am NOT expecting so I certainly don’t want to look like I am. The bloating that is typically evenly distributed throughout my body has banded together in my lower abdomen and uterus.I’m going to stop taking it to see if it helps at all. I may have taken too much (two scoops) at once before my body had time to acclimate. Might try it again and ease myself up to two scoops after a month or so. I can’t say it didn’t 100 percent actually affect my body because it certainly did….I just don’t think it was in the way I needed it to so, I’d still say it works. My hormones and ovaries are in fact affected

Definitely try if you have PCOS
I have PCOS. My cycles have always been extremely irregular since my period first came at the onset of puberty. I have never had regular cycles.I was diagnosed with pcos before I had my first child, and it was a miracle that I got pregnant (I ovulated on day 92 of the cycle in which I fell pregnant, no one can figure out why I got pregnant). We had been trying for a year and a half. After my first child, it took a long time for my period to return. We started trying as soon as I got my period again. After trying for 9 months (and only having about 3 irregular periods) I decided to give these a go. The month I started taking them, I had a period at 35 days (which is the shortest cycle length I'd ever had. I thought it was a fluke). Then the month after that, I had my period at 35 days again! I could not believe it. I'd never had anything like that in my life. The third month on them, I got pregnant with my daughter.Once I had her, as soon as my period came back I stared taking them again. This time I just took them for the reasons that I was curious to see if it would just help my PCOS symptoms in general. Yet again, as soon as I went on them, 35 days, bang on, pretty much every month. It is the strangest thing for me to have regular periods. For the first time in my life, I actually know what my body is doing, and it's actually predictable. If you have PCOS, it's definitely worth a try.I certainly still have a bit of testosterone imbalance, so it's not a magic cure. But it's helped in ways I never thought it would. It's not a gimmick. That's all I can say. Not if you have PCOS.

Got my period!!
I have PCOS and haven’t had a period since May. Tbh the period I had in May was very light too. I’m trying to conceive so thought I’d give this a try. Started taking on the 26th of September and had my period on the 7th of October! It’s been a good while since I’ve been able to naturally have my period. Hoping this helps regulate my ovulation so that I conceive soon. Will update of it works out!!

Finally having regular cycles and ovulating!
My husband and I are trying to conceive. For months my cycles were all over the place and I wasn’t ovulating every cycle. I tried a different myo-inositol and it didn’t do anything so I thought these were worth a try. Not pregnant yet but after one bottle (now on second) I had a 29 day cycle, 14 day literal phase and ovulated! I highly recommend
