Good design. works well if the user has enough strength to pull the chords back. Unfortunately, my Mother could not and it is not easy for anyone else to assist with this operation.

IT is not sturdy at all worse one i have bought, will not be using it again.

Easy to use and does not take up lots of room when travelling.

It's not cheap but it does the job
I have used several types of stocking/sock aid and without doubt this is the best, I have 2 of these as I have 2 homes and I recently left one in one place and ordered a 2nd one for very rapid delivery, and very impressed with the delivery time.
