The media could not be loaded.  I value high quality leather apparel and footwear and love to maintain my purchases and make them last as long as possible. I don't buy disposable cheap items. I've been looking for a while for a conditioner & protector to freshen up some of my leather products. I believe that leather can last a lifetime if properly cared for. I tried several options over the years including polish, sealers, and gels. Some cheap and some expensive. Most would wear off quickly, stink, and were a mess to apply. The previous products I used were more surface sealers not a deep penetrating conditioner. I stumbled upon the Leather Naturals conditioner when looking for a new pair of winter driving gloves on Amazon. What a great decision. Now I can tredge through fresh winter snows with confidence and forget about wet feet, cracked leather and water stains. This leather conditioner is not at all sticky or goopy and absorbs very well and dries very quickly into the leather. Used on my soft leather shoes and they have stayed new-looking and water dripped onto them and it just beads up and rolls off, which is what I was looking and hoping for. It is very easy to apply, just add a few drops to a dry microfiber cloth and rub into the leather. There is no odor either. Highly recommend this for all your leather products!

Used this to re-condition leather gloves that had begun to crack and dry out. Consistency was perfect for the job. Gloves restored, flexible and better than new. Tried it on breaking in new ball glove with same success, so I tried it on new stiff leather work boots. All worked well. It did not seem to be very good in sealing out moisture from the boots, but very good on re-conditioning and breaking in a variety of leather goods.

After all the glowing reviews on Amazon, I was sorely disappointed. I have a burgundy leather chair that is only a couple of years old, on which the arms especially had become dry and worn looking, with highly visible grain lines, almost as though the color was wearing off. I had high hopes for this "restorer" ... it applied nicely and immediately filled in and darkened all the grain lines and softened the leather nicely. However, within a few minutes of drying, all the grain lines were back, and although the leather feels better, it looks maybe 10-20% better than it did before treatment. Tried a second application the next day with same results. Happy with the way it worked on boots, though. Nothing special, and still looking for a solution for the furniture.

Doesn't work

Works Ok - nothing great - a big disappointment considering all of the great reviews the product received. I would never order this again - especially for the cost.

My husband's 15 year old leather jacket soaked up all of this conditioner. Since the jacket is brown, I did not see much of a color change as other people had posted but perhaps it became slightly darker. I probably need to apply a second treatment but the bottle is only big enough for one application. Its messy, but that is to be expected. Its a white, thick, creamy liquid. I am very happy with the product, it seemed to make the leather a little smoother and this jacket was on its way to crispy. I did not notice much of an odor and I am very sensitive to smells.

I've used this on two leather jackets so far; neither was in "bad" condition but did appear to have some years of wear. They now look newer and the leather feels softer to the touch. I absolutely do plan to use this on other products - very pleased with it! And it is simple to use and inexpensive to boot!
