Makes life easier, still looks good a year later.
Update after 1 year: I LOVE these. I still am on the first set, have the extras as backups. I might switch out eventually because I burned a couple tiny holes in one somehow...but they still work great and still rinse up otherwise looking like new clean. They have saved me hours of cleaning work. My stovetop underneath still looks almost brand new... max a minute to make it so.I pity people who dont have these yet. If I could go back in time to the 80s I would bring these and life would be better. I would be hailed as a Goddess for doing that.Original:Wish I had used these years ago. I put these around the burners on my "new to me" top of the line stove. I knew my kids would spill on the stove and eventually the stainless steel top would drive me nuts to scrub and wipe. I got the stove used so I had to clean the last owners stuff off... I wanted to avoid ever needing to do that level of cleaning again. They fit under the heavy grates so one doesn't even notice it's a liner... just a nice sleek black appearance unless one looks close. To clean, about once a week I just lift them up and rinse them off, sometimes don't even need to wipe or use soap, even with all sorts of spills. Then I set them back. 30 seconds to a clean stove. The black seems to have melted and revealed the white center in a couple tiny spots where the flame comes close, but that still looks better than spills. I love it. Cheap, light, good looking, super easy (nothing in my house cleans as easy as these...can we make toilets out of the same material? Please? My kids are pigs.) And replaceable... love it.Cuts with knife or scissors, fits perfectly in like 5 or 10 minutes of work a 3rd grader could do.

Superb performance for splatters and clean up - not as easy to fit non standard stoves.
These liners make clean up a breeze and work as advertised! These would be perfect if you have a standard 4 burner stove top all the same size and equal distance. To be fair I knew before purchasing that I would need to 'cut to fit', and that they were 'easy to cut'. My stove has 3 different size burners, 1 large, 1 small and 2 medium. I looked at the custom cut liners, fit to your make and model of range, but didn't want to spend $60 -$70 until I knew if I would like it. These were very reasonably priced at $11, and if they didn't work so great, then no big deal.It did take a bit of time to fit these, and I had to 'cannibalize' one liner to fit the gaps between the others and the sides.LOVE the performance and look.Canned peaches recently, and there are always drips of hot syrup, that fuse to the range top. Not so with these liners, wipe under hot running water, and dry. A friend was helping, and she didn't even notice the liners until I pulled one out to clean it!! So any questions about appearance and if they look 'ugly' ---- they are not even noticeable! Even the patches aren't. If you look, you can see them, but they do not stick out like a sore thumb. And my friend said when she gets a new range soon, she wants to buy these.

Not pleased
Did not work very well for my gas Maytag stove. Followed instructions to a T, cutting in a did not look like what the instruction showed.

Big No For Me !! Will go back to Aluminum Foil. Wasted my Money !
Got it yesterday, Spend hours to clean up my stove and cut this thing. Looks good and feels good myself to have done a nice job.Today, after dinner. I look at it, has some oil spill. Good, i can try to see if it can be cleaned easily.Spray some Fantastic, wipe it in the sink, oil is gone, two spots still there. Hold it in my hand look at it carefully, I see my finger ! It has a hole burn by the oil ! If you look at the picture, Its no way burn by the fire. One day, 3 simple meals, burn out a hole ? What is it ! Paper ? Double thickness, what a joke ! I wasted my money !For $10, I can buy 50pcs Aluminum Foil that last for a couple of years. Or simply don't use anything and clean it every couple of day.I start to believe people get pay for writing 5 star reviews. If you are planning to try this kind of item, I will suggest go back to the basic. It looks nice when its clean. After a couple of meal you have to clean it to make it look nice again (if it didn't burn out) . If you have to clean it every 2-3 days, i think there is no different if you use a liner or not.Disclaimer - I am not a paid reviewer because I am giving a negative review. ( Sorry, kind of angry because I have wasted a lot of time and little money to try this kind of liner.)

Perfect for daily use on our whirlpool gas stove
I have been using these daily for the past 3 months or so. Having to work from home everyday means at least two meals being cooked on the stove every day instead of just on the weekends when we would meal plan.I cut 4 of these using the gas element covers as guides and made sure they were 1 - 2 cm greater and radius to the element they were protecting.I then cut 2 more to cover the top center and bottom center of the stove and viola! The entire stove is covered and I can cook for hours and not worry about anything getting dirty or caked on. They have not had any problems with heat either. I was hesitant at the thought of them burning or even catching fire but I cut them just right and haven’t had any problems.I highly recommend them! I also got 2 more sheets with the pack than I needed and it was specifically for my model listed so that was also cool in case I need to replace one down the road. But so far I wash these every other day or so because it is so easy to remove and clean and they are all still like new!
