Great product, I have the Wemo kind and this one have the same features and cost less . Is bigger but really good.

While the app for the product works fine, the USB ports stay on even when the device is turned off. Also it doesn’t connect to google home like it says it does it only shows the feature as offline. Furthermore the timer function in the app doesn't work. Overall there are way better products out there and I would highly advise you order a different product.

la corriente en los puertos USB siempre esta encendida no se apaga. el toma corriente de AC este si funciona normal al igual que cualquier otro contacto inteligente. (los cuales ya tenia yo) adquirí este pensando que los puertos USB funcionarían de igual manera con la app... los conservare para otro uso. deberían ser específicos con esta parte un pequeño detalle que es muy valioso.

I really liked the idea of having the smart plug with the chargers in it. Unfortunately I purchased it in November and now it is the beginning of February and the smart plug is dead. It doesn’t work at all and the window of return ended on January 31. So disappointing.UPDATE after writing is review the company reached out to me. They were very kind and stood behind the product. Thanks for making this right.

This is my fault that I didn't read the entire description. Buried in the question and answer portion is the statement that the USB ports are not app controlled. That is the only reason I purchased this. So I ended up using one of the power outlets to power a USB device instead of the USB ports. I got what I wanted to achieve done but I could have just used a regular app controlled power outlet instead of this. Especially since this only has one power outlet and others have up to six.

The decice needed to be very close to the Wi-Fi for setup. After that it works fine.

I needed a smart plug with a usb port for my small diffuser, as I didn't want it to take up the space of a wall outlet. This hooked up to my WIFI quickly and I have no issues controlling it with my phone app. Would definitely buy again.

easy to program works great with Alexa

I really like the fact that it works with my Google home. I needed it because our Christmas tree lights on our new tree did not have one of those foot pedals like my previous tree did. The electrical outlet is in behind the tree and was very hard to get at every night to turn the lights on or off. Now we just say Hey Google turn on the Christmas tree.

Insane to think the USB’s don’t work with the Alexa, kind of the whole point of the product, at that point it’s just another smart plug

Not too impressed, it stopped working after two months and can’t return it. Luckily I ordered other ones.

Un seul problème c’est que les prises USB ne sont pas commander par wifi, ils sont tout le temps branchés même la prise est éteint par alexa

I was disappointed that the product was not able to sync with my phone or my wife's phone. We were going to use this item for a Christmas message and have it cued to light certain trees on the stage. Unfortunately, it didn't sync with a few other people's phones. It just seemed like a hassle to return it to Amazon so I just used it as a "white elephant" gift exchange.
