Works great

Great product, installed easily, and so far has performed above and beyond.

AAll the parts needed to do the job right, it even covers changes made to the engine design so you will have extra parts left over.

Needed head gaskets for a kohler cv18s engine since one on my engine blew into the pushrod galley and was burning oil. the kit works, but wasnt quite like the oem in size. everything lined up but where the ring is around the cylinder was maybe 1/8 out from the actual cylinder wall compared to the oem one goes right to the cylinder wall. but wasnt enough of an issue for me to care too much. itll just slightly lower my compression ratio. had some left over seals for stuff i guess from the kit for kohlers in other model mowers.

These are dramtically better than the head gaskets Kohler used from the factory. The updated Kohler gaskets are nicer than these, but also a lot more expensive. This kit will repair both cylinders. You may want a carb gasket, which is not included.

Working good

The gaskets are 4mm smaller diameter than the cylinder itself.No marking for the orientation witch is what original ones have.The nuts are ALUMINUM! No kidding!Do not use these nuts because if they don't fail at the moment of installation they will fail later and you are for a big trouble. Two of them failed immediately after I torqued them to the manufacturer specs.I had to use old nuts instead.

It worked well,and had all necessary items.
