No difference,but if your going for a size 6 I would go down half size as they are quite a big shoe.

At first shoes were quite stiff , wore them around the house for a week then they softened and can be worn all day. Love these shoes last for years , comfortable if your on your feet all day ,

Takes a while getting used to and the rise is too low and tight from the front of my foot.I think the wide fit is too small.Sides isn't that roomy either,Too expensive for the fit!
