All 4 cats approve!!!
This item is a very good purchase for the price. The instructions....or lack of..were awful! The pieces are all labeled, which were great. The instructions were only pictures. Normally I wouldn't mind this, I've had instructions like this before that were fine. The letters that were in the instructions for each piece that are labeled are extremely small. You literally need a magnifying glass to see them. There is no picture of the cat tree completed so you go by memory or on Amazon to see it assembled. It took much longer than anticipated for what it is.However, I do recommend it all in all. It seems very sturdy and is a nice size for a smaller room or apartment that a huge tree wouldn't work, but is plenty big enough! Most importantly as soon as it was completed (along with some help from them all along) my 4 cats went crazy over it. In and out the openings and jumping all over it. 2 of my cats are huge and are more like small tigers and they have absolutely no problem fitting inside the cubbies and through the "doorways". There is also no problem with any of it holding their weight. What I also really like is that one of the cubbies are floor height. My 17 year old kitten can no longer climb or jump that high and he loves that he can still participate with the others. 🐱

The instructions are unclear, but other than that I'm completely satisfied.

Cat loves it, but not easy to assemble. It sheds.
Like others here have said, it's not easy to assemble. They included an exploded drawing of the parts, but not easy to get just what goes where. I did find a YouTube video, no audio explanation, video only, of someone putting this together, but had to watch it a few times to realize a couple of steps in the assembly are omitted. I was able to figure it out looking at pictures of different angles in combination with the info included. My cat loves it. I have it by a window so he can sit on the top and take in the view. It's also one of his favorite places to sleep. The tree is small, kitten-sized, but my now about 10-month old cat can still jump in and play with toys I toss in there, he just sticks out of the openings. The hanging puffball was a hit. One word of warning, this thing sheds. There were pieces of fuzz all over the floor when I took the parts out of the box. I vacuumed each part, but had to vacuum it again after I assembled it, and still notice fuzz pieces every now and then. Great for the price if you don't mind a lot of vacuuming. Not so good for a big cat.

Human IQ test, Kitten Approved!
Oh. My. Stars. This was sooooo confusing to put together. Clearly it's from a non-English speaking country as there are no written instructions. Only visual. Unfortunately, while the visual depiction gives LxWxH measurements with an Alphabetical correlation, **the pieces are not labeled** so you either have to guess, or measure everything. (And even measuring only helps so much...) Additionally, the two cubbies are of different orientations, with different screw placements-- so that was about 20 minutes of rotating the boxes to try to make them match the picture... there is also a VERY SPECIFIC order you need to tighten the screws to ensure they are all tightened down completely and still have access to the next screws to keep building the cat tower. These steps are not mentioned in the provided instructions. Like I mentioned, human IQ test...The cubbies are a little thin, but seem to be holding up to repeated cat clawing. My cat doesn't like scratching posts, so I didn't screw on the tilted scratching post, but it's an easy adjustment if I decide to put it on.Once I got it together, however, it is amazing. My kitten loves it, and it's one of the best (and most entertaining) purchases (aside from good catnip) I've made for my cat since I bought a good carrier. :)

My cats love this
I bought this cat tower for my handicapped cat. The way that this tower is structured makes it easy for him to get up with only three legs. He loves to sit at the top and watch over my other cat. Totally recommend even if you do not have a disabled cat!

Missing screw
Not easy to put together, instructions were hard to read. IKEA level or worse. I also did not receive the largest screw that helps hold the top and bottom sections together so the sturdiness suffered some from that. That being said it arrived 3 days early and it does look like the picture.

Very sturdy!
Unlike many cat trees, this one is sturdy as hell and carpeted all over. We've had it for almost 3 years now and it's still holding up great! No wobbling whatsoever.

Awesome, but a little complicated
The product came in separate pieces which is fine, but at first, I struggled with trying to put it together. Then, after about 5 minutes of trying, I realized what I was supposed to do. The instructions are not completely clear, but it shows you which screws go with which letters and you have to reference a picture of the cat tree in order to put it together. After that, it was pretty easy to assemble. The only thing is that my top bed piece that has the ball on it, they missed cutting out 1 hole so I had to turn it to the side. Doesn’t look bad, just drives my OCD a little crazy. It is super soft, my cat loves it, and it’s not huge but it’s not tiny either. It’s a really good size for $40. I recommend this product, just have to have some patience with assembly, or have someone help you out.
