Jef World of Golf Foam Practice Balls (42 Multi-Colored Balls)

They are great for practicing in the yard- even a full swing with my driver won't drive them far or hard enough to cause issues. However, dogs seem to enjoy chewing, and when the grandkids realize they can throw them at each other without hurting, they tend to disappear quickly!

These balls hold up well for backyard practice.

These golf balls work great for light practice at home.

Perfect for backyard swing practice. Practice closing the club face. You can probably get a small kid to learn to hit these babies. The travel with a tail wind about 50 yards, otherwise they get swept up by a wind swirl which keeps it all under control in the yard. They can hit you in the face and not hurt. They squish when you step on them. Will by again.

Awhile ago, I bought a set of Callaway HX foam practice balls because of good reviews on golf websites. I needed some more balls and I liked the included bucket, so I bought the Jef World of Golf foam practice balls to go along with the HX's. I have been beating up both brands equally and I have found the Jef balls to be of the same feel, durability, quality, and performance as the HX's at less than half the price.

These foam golf balls hit and fly like regular golf balls, just not as far and without the broken windows. If you are trying to keep up your swing during this downtime when some courses are still closed, you gotta give these a try. Friends and family have had a blast with these. I don’t know why I waited until COVID to try these. To make it more fun, get a golf flag with a cup for you lawn to from Amazon. It even makes me want to get out and mow my lawn so I can go play!

I bought these as toys for my herd of 4 cats, since the foam balls sold as cat toys are ridiculously expensive. These turned out to be somewhat harder than the cat balls and maybe more difficult for a cat to pick up. I dunno, none of my current group of cats have figured out the fetching thing anyway. They do like playing kitty soccer with these, at least, and there are enough in the package that there will always be more even when the balls end up trapped under the sofa, etc.
