Waste of my money
I hate circular T-6 bulbs. I hate fixtures requiring circular T-6 bulbs. But my T-6 fixture came with the house .I spent about twice the price on this bulb as some of its other Amazon competitors. Bad decision. Other manufacturers use some type of caulk to separate the inner ring from the outer. Not here. Appears some bits of Styrofoam were used. These promptly fell out when I was trying to install the new bulb. Bulb broke. Left me with a $36 hazardous material mess to clean up.That was the end of my experience with T-6 fixtures and bulbs. Went to Lowes and bought a new LED fixture and dimmer switch to go with. Much happier camper now. My new,dimmable LED fixture is great.If you need a circular T6 bulb, I suggest you try one of Amazon's alternatives at half the price.

55W replacement bulb
This bulb is supposed to be a replacement bulb for "55W" and it didn't work since what I rec'd was "58W" and I had to return it.
