Faulty seal on water container
Whoops. I wrote a glowing review of this product after the first few night's of use, but going into the 2nd week discovered little puddles of water under my Res Med 10 machine. Checked every connection and can only surmisethat the new water container can't hold a proper seal. A local med supply guy told me that this was happening with their recent incoming Res Med machines as well. The problem is with the flexible seal in the lid. What to do?
