Fantastic quality and buy.
This is fantastic quality, it's really improved my baking and it's so handy having a big bag. I had some initial reservations about getting such a large quantity but it's reassuring knowing it'll be a while before I run out. I've got a large storage container, a cup scoop and no regrets.I will add that they could send it wrapped up. While the bag is tough, I would hold on until good weather is due and someone will be home before ordering.

Best flour
I ordered this a few months ago (great, delivery, packed safely) when I couldn’t find flour in our stores due to covid. I ended up not using it because just after we got it the stores filled up with flour again. Well, we ran out of flour this morning and decided to make our usual Saturday pancakes and we cracked open this bag and holy cow- these were the best pancakes I’ve ever had! and I’ve had a lot of pancakes. The only thing different was we used this flour. I think I’m over store bought flour now...

Decent flour
It's plain flour, well packaged (although a bit of a pain to open at the top without tearing a bit). Hard to give a taste score as I don't eat raw flour (!) but it has certainly performed as I'd expect for plain flour. It's fine for creating self-raising flour as well. Good long expiry date on it as well.

Excellent value for money
I'm not an expert baker by any means, so can't critique the full ins and outs. But came well bagged and very good value for money. I will definitely buy again and in this quality, although may struggle to move with the amount of Victoria Sponge I'm currently consuming

Was a bit worried but I shouldn't have been
Given recent shortages, due to COVID, I wondered what I'd end up getting but honestly its top-notch quality flour and it came very well packaged in lots of layers. It seems that the recent pandemic has lead to a shortage of 1kg packaging material - but there's actually plenty of flour bein produced.

Hi quality flour for all your baking needs
After I was running out of flour and I could not find any at the stores, I found the solution on Amazon. It is a plain all purpose flour. Despite this I could bake focaccia bread and bread with fairly good results. I also baked a ricotta cake and cinnamon rolls.Well and safely wrapped, arrived in 3 days.

Perfect as advertised
A 16kg bag of Matthews Cotswold Plain Flour, came in its original reinforced flour bag as pictured. Also wrapped well in several layers of bubble wrap to protect it from transportation and the elements. It came in only a few days which I was glad of as I ran out of plain flour the day it arrived and have been struggling to get any from anywhere else.I have used several kg's already and have even used it to make bread and pizza dough, the results have been good.
