Palladio Silk FX Eyeshadow Palette, Femme Fatale

First, the color is not what I expected but it may be a monitor issue. I thought the crease color was going to be a rich deep green and it is more a super dark taupe. Also, the highlight and lid colors look exactly the same in the package and I was immediately disappointed. I decided to try it anyway, and they ARE NOT the same - they just coordinate perfectly!Please - never use the ridiculous swab applicator that comes with eyeshadow! Get a decent set of brushes and learn how to use them. The difference is amazing. This eyeshadow goes on just right with brushes. Not too dark or light. The colors would work well with any eye color, but probably best with green, brown, or a hazel in that spectrum. It looks to me like the highlighter is made from the "sparkle" they used in the lid color, but only the sparkle part. Usually I wear matte shadows during the day and thought I would recerve this for night, but due to the high quality this is not brash during the day and I find myself wearing it often.

This palette is touted as an inexpensive duplicate to Lancome's popular Taupe Craze palette. I had a small Gift with Purchase version of that palette and loved it, so when it began to run out, I was happy to stumble across this option as a replacement. Comparing my GWP version of Lancome's palette with this ~ very close although I wouldn't call it a perfect match. The eyeshadow are nice and soft and apply well but I would suggest a primer to help keep them in place throughout the day.

I'm a blonde that has a gray streak, on the front of my forehead. I kid you not! This eyeshadow combination covers it perfectly!

Absolutely Beautiful! One the best eyeshadow palettes I have purchased on Amazon! Better then all the rest. Great Pigment perfect shadows complimenting one another to perfection. Just purchased another, it’s just that good.

Doesn't give desired look. Stays not for so long. At this price you can get better product. It might be duplicate.
