Excellent filleting knife. The blade is very sharp, flexible, and cuts with precision. The handle is comfortable and non-slip, providing good control even with wet hands. Ideal for fishing and kitchen use. Very good value for money, I highly recommend it.

This fillet knife is incredibly sharp right out of the box. The stainless steel blade glides through fish with minimal effort and the edge retention is excellent. The handle is comfortable with good grip even when wet. Perfect balance and flexibility for filleting. Comes with a protective sheath. Outstanding quality for the price point. A must-have for fishing enthusiasts!

Rubberized grip like other brands that are $50+ will not easily slip when used. Blade with sheath is nice as protects the edge. Great knife for the price. While KastKing has other styles these are just a bit better as nonslip grips.

It feels like a good sharp fillet knife. I have not used it on trout, it's to large for trout. I'm sure it will work out nice on steelhead and salmon. The blade feels like good flexibility and a good grip. Sheath is even bigger, it's bigger than what the picture shows. I'm looking forward to filleting larger fish. I feel it's a excellent knife for the price.

This is my most favorite fillet knife. I use it to clean everything! Fish, ducks, geese you name it! The blade is very sharp and flexible. The handle is oversized and comfortable to use for several hours. The handle is also super grippy, knife never slips out of your hand. The sheath is made out of durable hard plastic. At first I was disappointed because the sheath was loose when the knife was in, later I realized you need to apply a little bit of pressure in order to get the knife to click into the sheath making it so the knife will not come out of the sheath on its own. Great fillet knife! Highly recommend!

This is a great knife, however it falls short of Bubbas, which is probably the closest product to compare it too. The blade is razor sharp, and nearly identical to the Bubba Blade. For someone with chronic hand issues, the grip is critical to me. The KastKing looks more similar than it feels to a Bubba. Bubba Blade grips are ergonomically perfect in my opinion, and the KastKing is nowhere close to being as comfortable to hold. The KastKing shealth is far more substantial than the fabric Bubba shealth. I would not want to hang the KastKing from a belt because its so clunky. But I wouldn't hang any 9" fillet knife from a belt, so doesnt matter. The KastKing shealth could be mounted easily to a fishing table with screws, which I think is really cool. Overall, the KastKing is a great knife at a tremendous value. Too me, with my hand issues, the Bubba Blade's superior grip is worth the extra money. For most people, the KastKing should more than satisfy.

Great fillet knife. It has done a lot of work. takes an edge very well. The fancy box it comes in is nice if you where to give it as a gift. I just tossed it. LOL I use this knife for fishing for Mahi and they really are tough to fillet, this knife holds up well.

The knife is nice, but the Sheath is garbage. It doesn’t fit on the knife. It slides off which is NOT safe!! It makes it super easy to cut yourself because it does not stay on the knife. I advise you to Buy a better knife with a safer sheath. The looks are definitely deceiving with the sheath. The plastic is crappy
