BitspowerG1/4" Mini Valve with Black Handle, Matte Black Body

I love bitspower fittings and have used them for some 10+ years. This is the first drain system I've used with a valve and handle, and it broke on first use after being in the system for only 6 months. As you can see by the pic, the plastic just cracked and now spins around the valve...totally useless. As this item is priced on the expensive side, I'm really displeased.

So I bought this to ease my pain for maintenance on my custom loops. Especially when you want to drain or swap out rads etc..I have only had them for 48 hours and so far no leaks! I know some comments about the handles being slightly cheap and snap. I slightly disagree. Yes they are lesser quality than the overall product but are pretty sturdy and you would need some serious strength to snap them off. Mine were not tight at all when I first got them so a small nudge and I was able to close it. I expect nothing less from Bitspower though :)

Dropped it while installing and the handle broke. Still works, but it's such a shame that it broke when dropped from waist height. I replaced it with a different brand that was cheaper and higher quality (literally dropped it the exact same way as a test).

Look great, but it doesn't close all the way, so the the valve key wont look straight, metal and finish look great, a bit on the expensive side

I do not feel comfortable closing the valve any further than it is given the very cheap plastic handle. It does leak by the ball valve slightly but I do use a cap so it is not an issue while running but this expensive of a valve should have a metal handle and it should not leak.

PLASTIC handle is GARBAGE! Does not seal completely either. In attempt to completely seal plastic handle broke. Do NOT buy. I found a couple of ALL metal valves that are way better. I personally went with TT's Pacific drain valve, No problems.

This is one of many parts I purchased for a custom water cooled build. Haven't had any issues with leaks and looks great in the PC.

Well made.solid with beautiful finish. Little bit pricey but worth the Extra spend.

La llave de cerrado es de plástico y el mecanismo de cierre bastante duro.. La primera que recibí no hubo manera de cerrarla y la llave se partió. La llave debería ser metálica o bien el mecanismo de válvula de esfera no tan difícil de cerrar. El servicio de atención al cliente de MEXXTRONICS fantástico, pero el producto es muy mejorable.
