Women's Briarwood Watch

SO pretty! I am in love with this watch.It's the perfect size (40mm), and even though my wrist isn't particularly big (6 and 1/4 in), it looks like it was made for me! The silver face is unique and really sets it apart from my other watches. It doesn't scream "SILVER!", it just whispers..." a little different."The watch face and the design of the numbers are stylish and sleek without pretension, and this watch, truly, could go with anything. I'm pretty sure I'll be reaching for this one when my Timex Weekender is just a bit too casual.Full disclosure, I changed the strap (although, I actually really dug the silver strap) to a crocodile one, but even right out of the box, I hesitated, because this watch was already perfect. This is such a classic look and for the price? You can't beat it!

I like it. Like it a lot. Thought it was everything I wanted. Even prettier numbers than i expected.....but it does not light up. That is right. No indiglo.I am VERY picky. It could be said its hard to remember all the necessary features. Waterproof. Analog. Mother of pearl face. Etc. Etc. Blah blah.My prior silver-tone watch this replaced fell off my wrist while i was gardening. See? Has to hold up to BEING WORN. No "taking care", fragile, worn for an office job. It is not jewelry. Its like a pair of blue jeans.Anyhow. ALMOST everything.(As you can see from photo, my hands get use. Also in pic.: Scratch in glass face to the left of the "1", which is new. But I'm not surprised by it )

This is a great watch for everyday. The face is large, so it falls into the trendy category, but it's simple enough to not be over the top. I got the pink strap - it's a bit pearlescent but the shade of pink is light enough that it's pretty neutral for fashion choices. I haven't had it long enough to know how well the gold finish will last but so far, so good. My only complaint is that it's pretty loud. I can hear it ticking all the time. Not really a deal breaker, but just wanted to mention it.

I really like the look of this watch. However, it’s stopped running twice. I had the battery replaced. It ran for a day or two and quit again. I’m throwing it away. I wouldn’t recommend this watch. It’s too bad because I really like this watch.February 2021-I’d like to add to this review. Right before I was going to throw the watch away it started working again & is still working today.

I bought it as a gift for my adult daughter. She needed a good sturdy watch that looked nice to wear to work. This watch fit all of that. She also loved it. Nothing better then a timex. Just an excellent watch that takes a lickin and keeps on tickin.

I loved this watch but my taste is more for silver. However, this watch was for my mother who has always had gold watches. She loves the big round face and it has all the numbers on it so it is easy to see and read. She also likes the band and buckle so she can make it snug or however is comfortable on her arm. Timex you still know how to make em!

Always love a Timex. Only watches I wear. The size of the watch face is large and easy to read and looks super with anything I wear. The only very minor drawback is that due to the weight of the works, the watch slides (due to gravity) to the outside of my wrist and in that position the stem runs a red spot on my wrist bone.

The watch is attractive, although bigger than I expected. The mother-of-pearl face is very pretty, but makes it hard to read in low light. It is unpleasantly heavy, but the absolute worst quality is the way the band pinches painfully. I should have exchanged it, but I waited too long.

This watch is great and as it was featured in the picture. Fits perfect around the wrist and the small face dial is the right size. The numbers are clear to read in the gold. I liked the combination of the silver and gold tones in the case and on the dial, the linear design is a lovely feature on the watch.

I always try to find a timex watch. This is the first time I went a little bit out of what I normally buy. I am not disappointed and am very impressed by the look. I feel I can wear this with casual wear or evening attire.

Beautiful watch. Clear and easy to read. Fits perfectly on my tiny wrist and the face is not big and bulky (literally the size of a quarter). No indiglo which I wanted but not everyone would be a fan of. I love it!
