As a former professional chef this book reminds me of how we would discuss ingredients, recipes and ideas and how to serve the item and what to serve them with or on.The recipes are easy to follow, the ingredients are selected and portioned with care and expertise, the tips great. The marriage of textures and flavors are balanced, brilliant and unique. Niloufer has introduced us to new ideas and tastes for which we are all eternality grateful. Time to order her other books!

I have other Parsi cookbooks, so was quite hesitant to buy another one to collect. So glad I finally got one. The book is full of wonderful recipes, well written and photographed. I love Niloufer's tips in every recipe. What I have made so far has come out great, and took me back to my childhood memories. Highly recommend.

Nice & clear instructions with all ingredients & the recipe size listed on side. Tips at bottom are very informative . Every recipe has clear full photograph . The book has a great variety of recipes , and history of Parsi food in beginning is informative . Bought for my wife and she loves it. Thank you
