Experiment with the size of garlic, number of garlic, and number of days.

I put a bag of garlic bulbs in like so many times before with another machine and they came out like dry charcoal. Two times , 12 days and 9 days. Same results.

First batch of black garlic just finished. Used the 9 day default setting. Machine produced perfect Gummy Bear black garlic. Very delicious. A little odor for the first few days, but it was not unpleasant, even in a very small kitchen.

I don’t trusting any reviews on Amazon anymore and most good review not honest and there because to get something back. I did take my chance on this machine and I loved it it runs for nine days all my garlics in all kind came out excellent. Looks very good Good quality

I made my first batch in 10 days and result was great. Now started my second batch. Costs way cheaper than buying black garlic which costs anything between $15-$40/lb. Dehydration function is very helpful if you want it extra dry. The product can be further improved if the power cord was longer. In most cases you need an extension because cord is very short.

At first it was tricky to get the settings just right and not make garlic rocks hahha. But after we figured out the settings we love it and make tons of black garlic with ours!

super easy to use. don't mistaken this for a rice cooker, will both do two different things. but as cheap as garlic is, it's also easy to make at home!

The product is good but had to spend another $140 for a transformer to make it compatible with Aus 240v power
