ASURION 3 Year Baby Protection Plan ($125 - $149.99)

SCAM! The description specifically states it covers portable items... a baby monitor screen is portable. I tried to file a claim for a dropped monitor which is why I purchased this coverage… And I was told I was not covered. Pretty shady they’re placing this type of warrantee for sale with this baby monitor with PORTABLE video screen when it doesn’t even apply under their terms. Of course they need to rip people off to make money...integrity is seriously lacking. Don’t waste your money.

my product randomly quit working so i contacted the warranty place and all contacts were dead ends. Website says my warranty doesn't cover my issue, warranty is essentially nothing when i looked into it. The dont have correct website links and their phones all say their too busy and hang up on you (again fake).I suggest amazon remove this 3rd party warranty company. i have had this same issue in the past and will no longer purchases any of their products.

If I could put negative rating I would. Be sure you don't have to return a defective product before purchasing this insurance plan (as if you would know a product is defective when you order it ). I return a defective item within the return window. Also return periods in general were extended due to COVID pandemic. After I returned the product, I request a refund for the policy. I received the initial notification that the refund was approved and would be refunded to original form of payment. However, I just discover that the refined had never been issued and contacted asurion to make them aware. Instead of refunding the original full amount as originally promised, they tell me it's been more than 30 days and credited me a pro rated amount

I am so glad I purchased this plan. My daughter in law used the baby monitor for 3 Momths and my granddaughter accidentally dropped it and damaged the screen. This plan allowed me to replace the monitor and gave me a credit for the damaged one. I paid for the new one.Don’t hesitate, buy the coverage.Susan

This product is not as good as it seems to be, I purchased it for my grandson, and it stated making noise, we got a piece replaced, but it doing the same noise. I will not recommend this to anyone. Cause being that a baby swing the company should have replaced it.

Havent get to use this but it's great to have that peace of mind th as my unit will be taken care of. My previous unit didnt have this warranty and now defective at about 15months of use. Wish I had warranty for that one also but didnt.
