These filters are far better than average filters, but I found that I'm painting in a cloud of clear coat much longer using these than standard fiberglass mesh because of how thick they are. I dropped down to using their Green Pocket filter model and it worked much better and provided better air flow.While both the WHITE and GREEN claim they stop over 99% of penetrating overspray, I found that this simply is not the case. If that was true then your filter system would completely starve, assuming you have a "perfect seal." If you look into your fan assembly you'll see there is still about 20-25% overspray still getting through.Overall - these ARE in my opinion the best filters at collecting overspray than any others on the market, however, they do not stop 99.XX% of it. Again, painters also need to be more patient at letting it fully clear the room because of how thick they are - limiting the total airflow.
